Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Tourist Experience In The Forest Sports Town Of Kecheng District, Quzhou, Zhejiang

As an important form of tourism industry,sports tourism has gradually become one of the main travel options for Chinese tourists by virtue of high-quality tourism experience.In recent years,the development and construction of sports towns in China have provided a new scene for sports tourism.However,as China's sports town is still in its initial stage,development planning is faced with a series of problems,resulting in poor experience for tourists.As an emerging thing in the process of urbanization construction in China,relevant academic researches on sports characteristic towns in China are mainly focused on the field of development,construction and planning,while this study puts forward Suggestions on the optimization of tourism products and services of sports characteristic towns from the perspective of tourist experience.Based on the empirical research on the towns with sports characteristics,this paper explores the relationship between the influencing factors of sports tourists'experience,sports tourism experience and post-tour behavior choice,and to some extent,complements and improves the research deficiencies in this field.Sports town tourist experience and explore the factors how to affect the sports tourists travel experience and swim after the selection,and further explore the sports characteristics town should be how to improve tourist travel experience,can for other areas in China sports town planners and developers to better development,design and optimization of tourism product and the service provides the reference opinion,favorable sports town of healthy and sustainable development of our country has reference significance for reference.Of this study is representative in China zhejiang quzhou ke urban forest town as a case,through literature review and in-depth interview with sports town forest managers and tourists,it is concluded that the current visit the town in resource conditions,project and supporting facilities,the management level is insufficient,leading to a lower town of awareness,lack of sports tourists,tourist experience,tourist revisit rate after swim and swim after the recommended rate is low.Then,through questionnaire survey,SPSS22.0,Mplus7.0 and other software data statistical analysis,four factors affecting the experience of tourists in forest sports town of quzhou city,zhejiang province and three dimensions of sports tourism experience are obtained,and then the relationship between the factors influencing the experience of tourists and the experience of sports tourism and the behavior choice of tourists after travel is analyzed.The results show that the factors of resource conditions have the most direct and comprehensive influence on sports tourists' experience.Factors of supporting facilities have a significant positive impact on tourists'escape empathy experience and learning experience.However,the factors of play items and management level have a significant positive impact on tourists' aesthetic entertainment experience.In addition,through the analysis of variance of personal factors such as marriage,gender,education background,age and monthly income of the interviewed tourists,it is concluded that there is no significant difference in post-tour behavior choice among sports tourists of different genders,marital status and income level.However,different ages and educational levels will result in significant differences in post-swimming behavioral choices.According to the research results and the actual situation of Kecheng Forest Sports Town in Quzhou City,Zhejiang Province,the strategies and suggestions for optimizing tourists'experience in sports towns are put forward from four aspects:resource conditions,play items,supporting facilities and management level.Specifically,relying on the advantages of resources,defining the orientation of small towns,enriching recreational projects,providing personalized services,improving supporting facilities,creating a sports atmosphere and improving management capabilities,and paying attention to personnel training.
