The goal of education is to show what results we want students gained by learning,which is a clear expression of the expecting change that the students will get through the process of education.Teaching is a purposeful and rational behavior,the purpose of teaching is to promote students' learning ability,teachers can prove that the things they taught to students is worth learning by assessment."Compulsory Education Biology Curriculum Standard(2011 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the 'standard')is a programmatic document about biology course of compulsory education,is the basic norms and quality requirements of the national basic education curriculum,is the gist of teaching materials,teaching and evaluation.And it is also the foundation of managing and evaluating the curriculum.The 'standard' stated the goal of curriculum,alignment refers to the degree of agreement between the objectives,instruction and assessment,alignment among objectives,instruction and assessment are worthy of our attention,serious inconsistencies will cause problems,if the assessment and goals are inconsistent,the evaluation results will not reflect the target whether reached.Evaluation impact every aspect of the education system,evaluation and curriculum standards well aligned can guide assessment point to the internal requirement of curriculum standard,guarantee the teaching activities direct to the objectives of content standard.Before putting into use,an examination paper should be analyzed its consistency with the content standard first,to find the problem in a timely manner and adjust the direction of the test.This paper focuses on the alignment between the biological senior high school entrance examination and the content standards of the curriculum standards,mainly using the quantitative research and secondarily using the qualitative research.Firstly,based on the literature review,referred to a variety of domestic and foreign existing analysis model about how to use quantitative method to analyze the alignment between content standard and examination paper,combined with the actual situation of the study,finally determined adopting the SEC model of American,constructed consistency research tools and analysis methods for the biological senior high school entrance examination and the content standard,using a two-dimensional matrix method and the consistency coefficient calculation formula that American scholar Potter proposed in 2002,namely,to examine the degree of alignment between the biological senior high school entrance examination in Guangxi Laibin City and content standard in "Compulsory Education Biology Curriculum Standard(2011 Edition)" from knowledge and cognition dimensions.From the two dimensions of knowledge and cognition,encoding content standard and test by the same method respectively to a nine rows six columns of dimensional matrix with assignment,the arbitrary alignment between the two matrix is calculated by the corresponding cell in the rectangular table based on the assigned value,using the Matlab software operate Potter's consistency coefficient formula and calculate the consistency coefficient of test and content standard quantitatively.In the end,drew the surface diagram and the histogram,and further analyzed the matching degree between the biological test in Laibin City and the content standards intuitively from the two aspects of content theme and cognitive level.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:the distribution of consistency coefficient from the simulation showed that when it comes to a nine rows six columns matrix frame and the items of content standard is 107,the larger the setting test scores is,the greater the consistency coefficient values will be.Therefore,scores of the biological senior high school entrance examination test better be set to 100 points rather than 50 points and 60 points.On the part of the consistency coefficient results calculated from the study,the consistency coefficient between the eight test papers(biological senior high school entrance examination papers in Laibin city in the year of 2009 to 2016)and the content standard were greater than the critical value of 0.05 significant level in statistics,which showed the examination test for eight years in Laibin city and the content standard are aligned with statistical significance at 0.05 level.The consistency coefficient between the biological senior high school entrance examination in Laibin city and the content standard are higher than the mean of the simulated results except the test in 2010,generally indicated that the biological senior high school entrance examination in Laibin city and the curriculum content standard aligned very well,that is to say,the senior high school entrance examination papers of biology in Laibin city conforms to the knowledge and cognitive needs in biology curriculum content standard of compulsory education,this is a very good proof of Laibin city to respond positively to the implementation of the new curriculum reform,reflecting the new curriculum reform of biology received good results in Laibin City,the effect of the implementation of new curriculum is fantastic in the compulsory education stage.
