With the vigorous development of preschool education in China and the continuous strengthening of the construction of preschool teachers in the new period,higher requirements have been put forward for the morality of preschool teachers.Strengthening the education of kindergarten teachers' morality has attracted great attention from all sectors of society in our country.In the education policy,the state also emphasizes the construction of preschool teachers' morality and style,and improves the moral literacy of preschool teachers.As an important way of preschool teachers' pre-service education,it is of great significance to strengthen students' professional ethics education to improve the moral literacy of preschool teachers and promote the all-round and healthy development of children's body and mind.However,at present,most of the experts and scholars in our country take the professional ethics education of preschool education students as the research object,and the research results of the children's normal school students' professional ethics education as the research object are few and no system has been formed.Based on the above reasons,this paper combines the characteristics of preschool normal school education,and carries out relevant research on preschool normal school students' professional ethics education.This paper mainly studies the connotation and importance of professional ethics education for students in preschool normal school,the current situation and causes of professional ethics education,and the countermeasures of professional ethics education.First,the connotation and importance of professional ethics education for preschool normal school students.By using the method of literature analysis,this paper defines the core concepts of professional ethics and teacher's professional ethics through consulting,analyzing and sorting out the current research results of professional ethics education of preschool education students and normal school students,grasps the connotation of professional ethics education of the preschool normal school students,and puts forward that it is beneficial for preschool normal school students to carry out professional ethics education.It is beneficial to the provision of high-quality teachers for the kindergarten,and the improvement of the work effect after the employment of the students.And it is of great importance to promote the physical and mental health development of young children,and provides a solid theoretical basis and basis for the research of this paper.The second part is the analysis of the present situation and causes of professional ethics education for preschool normal school students.Based on the investigation and research of Dezhou Normal School for preschool teachers,according to the statistics and analysis of the actual survey data,this paper puts forward that the professional ethics education of preschool normal school students is mainly in classroom teaching and lacks other educational activities.The teaching method is single and lack of flexibility.The emphasis is on professional knowledge rather than professional ethics learning.A correct view of learning is lacking.The main reasons for the lack of correct vocational outlook are the inadequate ways of vocational ethics education,the lagging teaching ideas,the imperfect curriculum evaluation system and the low quality of students,which provide a realistic basis for the study of Countermeasures in this paper.The third part is the countermeasure of the professional ethics education of the students in the preschool normal school.In view of the present situation and causes of professional ethics education for students in preschool normal school,this paper puts forward to renew the educational idea,expand the new ways of education,innovate the teaching methods and enrich the content of professional ethics education according to the teaching practice.To construct a perfect evaluation system and other countermeasures to strengthen the professional ethics education of the students in preschool normal schools,and to promote the teaching quality and effectiveness of the professional ethics education of the students in the preschool normal schools.To promote the sustainable development of professional ethics education for preschool normal school students.
