By investigating the preparation for on boarding process of students majoring in preschool education and graduate in 2014 from two universities in Chongqing,this thesis analyzes the overall situation of preparation condition and its reasons,and then put forward the relative strategies,helping students make better preparation for their on-boarding process and offering reference to improve the quality of the new teachers.This thesis statistically investigated the current preparation situation of junior college students and undergraduates from two schools in Chongqing in 2014 by questionnaire.By analyzing the statistics and generalization and comparing the difference between the undergraduates and junior college students,this thesis put forward relevant strategies which could be reference for future students.The results are as follows:1.The the self-rating form of preschool students preparation for on-boarding process has high credit and efficacy.2.In general,the preschool education college graduates have made a good preparation for their on-boarding process.he organization and conservation,planning and implementing of educational activities,inspiration and evaluation,professional concept and ethics,professional knowledge.3.As for the the following two indexes,there are some difference between the two sample groups :the attitude and behavior to the kids and the attitudes and behavior towards the conservation and education to kids.In other words,undergraduates do worse than the junior college students in the above two aspects.4.In the aspect of professional knowledge,graduates generally make full preparation for the knowledge of kids’ development and the knowledge of conversation and education to kids.However,they make less preparation for the knowledge of general knowledge.And in the above aspect,there exist no obvious difference between samples.5.Graduates generally pay little attention to the educational probation and educational practice,which leads to their lack of experience in professional ability.In the following aspects,there is no great difference:the design and use of environment,the organization of daily life and conversation to kids,the support for the game activities and the plan and implement for educational activities.And undergraduates are better than the junior college students in encouragement and evaluation,communication and teamwork,and reflection and development.According to the above results,my suggestions are as follows.Firstly,students are expected to acquaint themselves with their major,and firm their faith for teaching.Secondly,students had better attach more importance to the general knowledge and improve themselves in all aspects.Finally,students should cultivate their self-development conception.
