Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Teaching And Research Activities Of The Teaching And Research Group

The activities of teaching and research group is based on the teachers' group-work.These activities include carrying the curriculum plan out,analyzing and studying the curriculum standard,improving the teaching methods,optimizing teaching model,etc.This teaching and research group is the main modality of teaching and research activity in the school.Over half a century,the teaching and research group plays his function on making plan,teaching,research and evaluation.It makes a great positive effect on unifying the teaching content and schedule,making norms of teaching methods and behaviours,and promoting the communication and study between the teachers.With the development of the educative reform,the activity of teaching and research group has its advantage as well as exposes some problems.Such as the activity has its objective,but not workable;the activity is launched,but formalized;the activity has its theme,but lacking depth;the group has its institution,but has ill management,etc.These problems impede the development of the teachers and affect the group function,as well as reduce the efficiency of the teaching and research activity.By questionnaire,interview and examples of cases,based on the situation of one primary school in Shouguang,the thesis reveals the present situation of teaching and research group activity,finds the reason from teachers,leaders and models,in order to solve the problems,find methods and improve the efficiency of the teaching and research activity.This research consists of five parts: first,the author sets forth the background and reason of the research,uses the research situation on this topic at home and abroad for reference,gives the aim and methods of the research and shows the value of the research.Second,by questionnaire,interview and examples of cases,based on the object of teaching and research group activity,time frequency,participator,theme and content,and effect,the thesis reveals the present situation of teaching and research group activity.Third,After analyzing the results of questionnaire and interview,try to find out the reasons from teachers,leaders and teaching models,which are blocking the activities to develop effectively.Fourth,according to these questions and problems,the author put forward some suggestions from teachers,leaders and teaching models,while teachers can take part in the activities actively,deeply and substantially.So the teachers are able to develop themselves from the teaching and research activities and promote their teaching and educational ability.At last,summarize the whole research on this topic and look forward to the development of the teaching and research group activity.
