With the more and more development of the "Internet + Education" model,more choices have been provided for people's remote online learning methods,enriching people's learning paths.The Virtual Learning Community is a way of remote online learning.Rich learning materials,learning platforms that break time and space constraints,and learners with similar interests make the virtual learning community more and more used in people's daily life.Learning activities.Academic help in the virtual learning community is the problem that the learner asks for the inexperienced problems encountered in the learning process,and asks the scholars or other companions in the community.The academic help is not only helpful for solving the problem of the learner but also beneficial to the knowledge.The flow of communication within the community adds to the vitality of learning activities in the virtual learning community.Academic help in the community plays an important role in the development of the community.The academic help between learners helps the cooperation and exchange between community members,and better plays the role of the virtual learning community in learning.In this study,the “learning science and technology” virtual learning community was used as the main research platform.The learners who had participated in the virtual learning community were selected as the survey objects.The research methods mainly used the literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method.After reading a large number of relevant literatures on academic help from domestic and foreign scholars,the concepts of virtual learning community and academic help are defined.According to the meta cognitive theory,the self-regulated learning theory and the recent development zone theory,the influencing factors of the academic learning help of the virtual learning community are: the learner characteristics,the companion factors,the scholars' factors,the community factors and the task factors.Based on the relevant literature research and interviews,the research hypotheses affecting academic help were put forward,the questionnaire was developed,and the initial model was formulated.Using SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0software,descriptive analysis,reliability and validity analysis and structural equation analysis were carried out on the collected questionnaire data to test whether the research hypothesis was established and the model was corrected according to theobtained data.According to the data analysis of the questionnaire,it is concluded that the characteristics of learners have the greatest influence on academic help and play a major role.Peer factors,scholarship factors,community factors,and task factors all have an impact on the behavior of users seeking help in the virtual learning community.According to the results of data analysis,the conclusions of the research are summarized,and the suggestions for promoting the user's academic help in the virtual learning community are put forward.The shortcomings of this research are reflected,and the research on the user's academic help in the virtual learning community is proposed.
