As human beings enter the information age,learning ability has become an important indicator to measure the talents,and is also an important goal of the new round of quality education in our country.People are paying more and more attention to Left-behind children because of its unique historical background and marginalized social status.Learning ability is related to their own development,but also related to the rural family's and the nation's future.The school is a society after family,the workplace where left-behind children live most of their life.Analyse the effect factors of left behind children's ability and to learn the development of school environment,and then improve the left-behind children's learning environment,has important practical significance for the growth of Left-behind children.In order to further study the influence factors of the development of the left behind children's learning ability,this study reviewed a large number of relevant literature and combined with the interview,questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling method.First of all,on the basis of literature review,introduces the research background,research significance,research status and research ideas;secondly,puts forward the social learning theory,hierarchy of needs theory and communication theory as the theoretical support,and defines the related concepts;the literature review and interview research based on the influence factors of three the dimensions of teaching resources,campus humanities and teacher effectiveness under ten,according to the relevant theoretical basis,put forward the hypothesis of the relationship among the influencing factors,the impact of building structure factor model.Again,in order to verify the hypotheses formulated behind factors affecting the ability scale for children to learn,use SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0 statistical software for project analysis,reliability analysis and factor analysis and model fit comparison;finally,according to the statistical results to verify and modify the structural equation model,and based on the conclusions of the left behind the development of children's ability to learn information strategy.The final results show that the curriculum,faculty,facilities,school style of study,interpersonal relationship,policy support,class structure and teachers' knowledge,teachers' beliefs and self-efficacy is the influence factors of children's learning ability and learning motivation to stay,for the positive effect between variables,learning ability.According to the research results,it puts forward the strategy of information construction,the cultivation of teachers' information teaching and management ability,and the information system of the management system.
