Research On The Path Of Social Work Intervention In The Improvement Of Social Ability Of Children Of Migrant Workers Who Migrate With The

Available data shows that much migrant workers choose to take their children with them when they go out for work.After migrant children come to cities,they often have problems in language,psychology,living,and study.These maladjustment tend to make them feel inferior,afraid to communicate with others,become withdraw,dare not express their true ideas,and have problems in parent-child relationship and peer relationship,which seriously affect normal interpersonal communication.And their interpersonal communication situation is rarely paid attention to by families and schools,and it is difficult to get effective help.Therefore,the intervention of professional social work force is significant.This study takes eight migrant children in M street of Ningbo city as an example,takes the method of group work as the research object,and takes the theory of empowerment as the research perspective to analyze the social problems of migrant children and the group practical process.This study explores the path of social work intervening migrant children to improve social ability through the empirical study.It is summarized mainly as follows:enhancing the self-confidence of migrant children,enabling them to know their own value and tap their own potential;helping them to master social skills and improve interpersonal communication skills;arousing the awareness of community participation and promote community integration.
