A Case Study On Primary School Head Teachers’Working Pressure

With the development of the society, everyone will be different degrees of feel pressure from different aspects. For the development of education, the society gives "teachers" the role of special meaning, and continues to promote teachers’professional development, teachers’working pressure problems have becomed increasingly prominent. Teachers faced the pressures not only affect the teachers’physical and mental health, but also for the students, the school have a great influence. As a special group of teachers, especially the teacher in charge, they are working in the process, not only to teaching; But also to class managed, organised;the whole class of morality, intelligence and physique full educated; classes and all teachers contacted; the school, family and social communicated; assist the school leader for teaching work.In addition, as a group of teachers that a student during the period of school contact the most time, the teacher in charge what they do and say effect on various aspects of the student than a deeper and more direct. So, the teacher in charge of work pressure has becomed hot topic that many scholars attend to.This study selected a head teacher form a primary school of Shenzhen city as a case study.Through interviews, observation and physical collection of qualitative research methods,conclution the performance characteristic of primary school head teacher work pressure, analysis of primary school head teacher work of the main pressure causes, and in response to stress the reasons put forward some feasible proposals. The basic structure of this thesis is as follows:The first part presents the subject. Mainly analyze and illuminates the background, problems, value and methodology of this research.The second part is research view. Mainly from the pressure of teachers and the head teacher work pressure problems are clarified and concluded..The third part is case study. The basic situation of head teacher work pressure are described and analyzed form individual characteristics, job characteristics, students, school and social environment in five aspects.The fourth part shows conclusions and suggestions of this research.Conclude the performance characteristic of the primary head teacher work pressure, analysis head teacher working pressure causes, and put forward the corresponding suggestions.
