Adolescence is the key stage of individual personality development and socialization.Interpersonal communication is the important means of individual self-identity and learning socialization. The ability of interpersonal communication is directly related to the healthy growth, successful growth and happy life of adolescents. As the special group, adolescents who come from single-parent families live passively in families with incomplete structure and function.Compared with parents' families, they tend to have negative, inferior, sensitive, inappropriate expression and lack of social skills. These characteristics,if not promptly and effectively guided, are likely to develop into interpersonal communication barriers and seriously affect their normal learning.Learning, life, social adaptation and even lifelong development. Therefore, the guidance and education of interpersonal communication among adolescents in single-parent families from the perspective of prevention and development is of great significance to the growth and growth of this group. The author's research on parent-child communication in single-parent families is based on family system theory, consistent communication theory and ABC theory.During the internship period,I participated in the "Sunshine Family,Healthy Growth" single parent family support project in R city.I found that there were some problems in parent-child communication in G community of R city, such as improper communication mode, single communication content and insufficient communication time,in order to solve parent-child communication problems and improve parent-child relationship through social work practice intervention.Firstly, the typical S family is selected from the single parent families in G community who have parent-child communication problems and come to seek help.Secondly,in view of the problem of parent-child communication in their families, seven interviews are conducted to intervene in the case. The themes are "understanding problems, establishing professional relations","analyzing the causes of problems, defining directions","regulating emotions, adjusting psychological states" and "promoting mutual understanding".Act to promote understanding, formulate communication rules, enhance mutual trust, learn communication skills, consolidate communication effect, and deal with parting emotions. In the intervening interview, the author uses various service skills to make the case owner S-son and S-father exchange their positions, learn how to communicate effectively and form a relationship of mutual trust.Thirdly, the effect of evaluating the service object is more obvious, the communication problem between father and son in s family is basically solved, the correct communication method is learned, and the father-son relationship is improved. The whole service process has been summarized and reflected, and relevant countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward, such as: improving the communication skills of parents and children of single-parent families, building social support network of single-parent families, etc.
