The development of science and the innovation of knowledge are inseparable from the ability of logical thinking.The improvement of logical thinking ability helps to promote the progress of science and the implementation of the scientific concept of development.The improvement of thinking ability and the development of science and human progress are mutually reinforcing.”” Chinese students developing core literacy” puts forward rational thinking in its connotation: clear logic;using scientific thinking to understand things and solve problems.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to cultivate students’ logical thinking.With the continuous development of the national education system reform,Maker Education was born at the right moment.The concept of makers extends to the field of education,which can provide a new way of thinking for the cultivation of logical thinking.Based on the research of maker education and logical thinking,this research constructs a teaching model facing maker education which is used in Arduino open source hardware programming to promote the development of logical thinking.This experiment regarded the experimental class that implements the teaching mode of maker education and the contrast class using Arduino programming teaching in traditional teaching mode in senior one as research objects and conducted a onesemester teaching experiment.Before the experiment,using the logical thinking ability test understand the current ability level of the research objects;and in the later stages of the teaching,the research objects were interviewed and completed the post-test.This study focuses on two research contents :1.The construction of a teaching model for cultivating high school students’ logical thinking ability in Maker education.According to the related concepts of Maker Education and the study of logical thinking,the concept of Maker Education is integrated into the teaching of Arduino open source hardware,and the teaching mode that meets the development of logical thinking ability is designed.2.The Arduino programming teaching is carried out by using the constructed teaching mode to explore its effectiveness in cultivating logical thinking ability.Through teaching practice of the experimental class and the contrast class,it is better to test whether the teaching mode constructed in this study promotes the logic thinking ability of high school students than the traditional teaching.The research finds: Through the data analysis of the experimental class and the control class,the teaching mode of Arduino open source hardware teaching in the maker education can cultivate the learner’s logical thinking ability.The teaching mode in maker education is more conducive to the cultivation of students’ logical thinking ability than the teaching mode in traditional education. |
