The 21-century is a knowledge-economy era. In such an age, knowledge has become the core element of production which makes it differ from the capital-based industry society and the soil-based agriculture society, it is the key factor for the organization to advance its outstanding quality and rival superiority. Knowledge Management is a vital weapon for the organization and individual to promote their quality and rival ability in knowledge society, thus they can cope with the challenge from the knowledge economy successfully through the weapon. In the same way, the research and application of the KM on teachers will be of great importance to the development of the teachers' profession & quality, or for the promotion of the school's efficiency and rival ability.With the coming of Web2.0 time, the appearances and using of various kinds of new technologies not merely have brought the upgrading of the industry of the network, but also have brought enormous impact to old information dissemination idea, mode of propagating too. WIKI is a significant technology of Web2.0 and also is one of the using forms, and there are many obvious advantages in the fields,such as information management , information dissemination, etc. The WIKI technology realizes the online collaborative learning and also brings the dawn for the development of the research groups. As a social software, because of the accumulation of knowledge structure, WIKI is concerned by more and more educators and will gradually be applied to the education and the instruction in the future.Firstly, the author reads a lot of domestic and international literatures and most of them are about knowledge management, teachers' knowledge management and the WIKI technology. Based on the analysis of the literatures, the author uses the advantages of WIKI, tries to introduce the WIKI technology into the teachers'knowledge management from an individual level and a common level and regards it as an important and effective knowledge management tool so as to promote the transformation between the teachers'tacit knowledge and the explicit knowledge, thereby promote the teachers'professional development. The author wishes that Teachers' Knowledge Management will be blended into the teacher's learning, working and living, and provide a platform for teacher's growth.
