Process Analysis And Enlightenment Of Special-Grade Physical Education Teacher Professional Growth In Elementary And Middle Schools Of Wuhan

The special-grade teacher is the example of the teacher's morality,the model of educating people,and the expert of teaching.The analysis of the professional growth process of elementary and secondary school physical education special-grade teachers not only helps to give full play to its exemplary leading role,but also can provide guidance for physical education teachers' professional growth.In this dissertation,the object of study is the process of teachers professional growth,and taking six elementary and secondary school physical education special-grade teachers in the city of Wuhan as the research objects,applying literature method,case study,interviews to analyze six physical education special grade teachers' professional growth process,and divides the process of professional growth into the pre service hazy period,the adjustment period of post job adaptation,and the maturity and stability of the post job.the dissertation carries on the research from three perspectives,promotive factors,growth way,personal qualities in common.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn.Firstly,in the professional growth promotive factors,the super teachers' individual strengths to innovate the teaching methods makes them outstanding;diocesan physical educational and scientific research ability widens their road to professional growth;positive psychological state contributes to their professional growth in response to frustration;leading experts in education is the catalyst of their professional growth;learning platform offered by school provides opportunities for their professional growth.Secondly,in the way of professional growth,the six physical education special grade teachers attach importance to professional sustainable development,continuous learning to broaden educational horizons and enrich the methods of the theoretical basis.They emphasize the improvement of teaching ability,involvement in teaching practice,making them the conductors in innovative teaching methods.The ways to explore PE teaching methods and develop scientific research abilities are to accumulate teaching experience,record teaching reflection.Thirdly,in terms of the general characteristics of professional growth motivation,six sports super teachers are lively and active.They are interested in sports and have good physical quality in their youth.In the process of growth,they become increasingly interested in sports disciplines,after systematic training and understanding towards the sports projects,and then choose to engage in sports education.In the process of teaching,they have accumulated a great deal of teaching experience,developing a sense of achievement,and enjoying a sense of pride because of approval;all these make them decide a long-term commitment to physical education.In view of the common experience of six physical education special grade teachers professional growth,we put forward four suggestions to physical education teachers'professional growth:first,physical education teachers should develop the awareness of comprehensive development in the level of teaching,scientific research ability,professional skills;second,teachers should actively participate in teaching activities,to accumulate experience and take the initiative to seek educational expert guidance;third,physical education teachers should build the systematic and efficient classroom physical educational system in the process of teaching to promote students' physical health;fourth,teachers should have a detailed plan for phrased professional growth based on individual professional development vision,advantages,interests and some realistic factors.
