| Research purposes:In this study, drug addicts in compulsory isolation detoxification centers were taken as the research object, and basketball and sports games in collective sports activities were used as intervention methods, and different intervention frequencies were set.The effects of these two sports and exercise frequencies on the mental health and self-acceptance of drug addicts in compulsory isolation detoxification centers were discussed, and the effect of drug addicts ’ relapse tendency was improved,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for the selection of sports and intervention frequencies in helping drug addicts in rehabilitation training.Research methods:A total of 75 male compulsory isolation drug addicts were randomly selected and divided into five groups for experimental research.Four of the experimental groups were intervened in collective sports activities for eight weeks. The control group(radio gymnastics and Baduanjin)arranged normal activities according to the rehabilitation training center. The basketball group was taught three times a week, and the basketball group was taught twice a week. Both groups were taught for 1 hour each time(warm-up part 10 min, auxiliary practice 10 min, skill learning 25 min, physical fitness practice 10 min, relaxation part 5 min);the first group was taught 3 times a week, and the second group was taught 2 times a week. Both groups were taught for 1 hour each time(warm-up part 10 min, sports game 35 min, physical fitness 10 min, relaxation part 5 min); The course content selection is suitable for the physical and mental conditions of drug addicts, basketball games and sports games that are easy to organize. Before and after the experiment,SCL-90 scale,SAQ self-acceptance scale and relapse tendency scale were used to test the four experimental groups and the control group.SPSS19.0 was used to analyze the collected data by single sample T test, independent sample T test, single factor analysis of variance, paired T test and other methods. In order to explore the influence of different frequencies on the drug addicts, the basketball group and the game group were combined into three groups of intervention three times a week, and the basketball group and the game group were combined into two groups of intervention twice a week.In order to explore the influence of different projects on the drug addicts, the basketball group and the basketball group were combined into the basketball group, and the game group and the game group were combined into the game group. The similarities and differences between the two groups of drug addicts in each evaluation scale were discussed and analyzed.Research result:1.The average age of the respondents was 37.75 years old,and the rural household registration was the majority(63.38 %).The education level was the highest in junior high school(42.25 %),followed by primary school and below(26.76 %).The highest proportion of unemployed in occupation(46.48 %);the most common marital status was married(46.48 %),followed by unmarried(28.17 %)and divorced(25.35 %).The main type of drug use was heroin(70.42 %),followed by methamphetamine(28.17 %).The main way of drug abuse was smoking(77.46 %).Curiosity was the main reason for the first drug use(69.01 %).2.SCL-90 symptom checklist test(1)In the comparison of the four experimental groups before and after the experiment, the hostile symptoms of the basketball group after the experiment were significantly lower than those before the experiment(P < 0.05),and there were significant differences in the total score, somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror, paranoia and psychosis(P < 0.01);the hostility symptoms of the second basketball group after the experiment were significantly lower than those before the experiment(P < 0.05),and there were significant differences in total score, somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression, terror, paranoia and psychosis(P < 0.01).The scores of depression and paranoia after the experiment were significantly lower than those before the experiment(P < 0.05),and there were significant differences in total score, somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, hostility and psychosis(P < 0.01).The scores of interpersonal sensitivity and phobic anxiety in the second basketball group were significantly lower than those before the experiment(P < 0.05),and there were significant differences in total score, somatization, compulsion, depression and anxiety(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in the total score of SCL-90 and the scores of each factor before and after the experiment in the control group(P > 0.05).After eight weeks, except for the slight increase in the scores of anxiety and hostility factors, the total score and the scores of other factors decreased to varying degrees, indicating that the original rehabilitation training in the drug rehabilitation center can improve the mental health status of the drug addicts, but the effect may not be significant.(2)After the experiment, there were significant differences in the total score of SCL-90(P < 0.01)and the scores of each factor(P < 0.05).Among them, the total score of basketball group 2 < basketball group 1 < game group 1 < game group 2 < control group, indicating that the mental health status of basketball group 2 was the best, and the mental health status of control group was the worst.(3)The total score of SCL-90 and the scores of each factor in different frequency groups were significantly lower than those before the experiment(P < 0.01).After the experiment, the score of obsessive-compulsive symptoms in the twice-weekly group was significantly lower than that in the three-weekly group(P < 0.05);the scores of anxiety symptoms in the three-week group were significantly lower than those in the two-week group(P < 0.05).(4)The total score and each factor score of SCL-90 in different project groups after the experiment were significantly lower than those before the experiment(P < 0.01);after the experiment, the scores of interpersonal sensitivity and terror symptoms in the basketball group were significantly lower than those in the sports game group(P < 0.05),and the scores of obsessive-compulsive and anxiety symptoms in the sports game group were significantly lower than those in the basketball group(P < 0.05).3.SAQ self-acceptance test(1)The self-evaluation factor score of the basketball group after the experiment was significantly higher than that before the experiment(P < 0.05),and the total self-acceptance score and self-acceptance factor score were significantly higher than those before the experiment(P < 0.01);the total score of self-acceptance and the score of self-acceptance factor in the second basketball group were significantly higher than those before the experiment(P < 0.05),and the score of self-evaluation factor was significantly higher than that before the experiment(P < 0.01).The total score of self-acceptance and the scores of each factor in the game group were significantly lower than those before the experiment(P < 0.01).The self-acceptance factor score of the game two group after the experiment was significantly higher than that before the experiment(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in the total score of self-acceptance and the scores of each factor before and after the experiment in the control group(P > 0.05).(2)After the experiment, there were significant differences in the total score of self-acceptance(P < 0.01),self-acceptance factor(P < 0.01)and self-evaluation factor(P < 0.05)among the groups.(3)The total score and each factor score of SAQ in different intervention frequency groups after the experiment were significantly higher than those before the experiment(P < 0.01);After the experiment, the total score of SAQ and the score of self-acceptance factor in the three times a week group were significantly higher than those in the two times a week group(P < 0.01).(4)The total SAQ score and each factor score of different project groups after the experiment were significantly higher than those before the experiment(P < 0.01);After the experiment, there was no significant difference in the total score of self-acceptance and the scores of each factor between different project groups(P > 0.05).4.Relapse tendency scale test(1)In the comparison of each group before and after the experiment, the post-test scores of all the experimental groups were significantly lower than the pre-test scores(P0.05),but the scores of the control group decreased slightly after the experiment, indicating that the rehabilitation training of the detoxification center had an effect on the relapse tendency, but the effect was not obvious.(2)After the experiment, there was a significant difference between the groups(p < 0.01).The scores of relapse tendency in all experimental groups were lower than those in the control group.Among them, the difference in basketball group was the largest, followed by game group one, basketball group two and game group two.Basketball group one, basketball group two and game group one were significantly different from the control group(P < 0.01),basketball group one and game group two were significantly different(P < 0.05),game group one and game group two were significantly different(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the relapse tendency score of the control group before and after the experiment(P > 0.05),but the score of the control group decreased slightly after the experiment, indicating that the rehabilitation training of the detoxification center had an effect on the relapse tendency, but the effect was not obvious.(3)After the experiment, the score of relapse tendency in the three times a week group was significantly lower than that in the twice a week group(P < 0.01).After the experiment, there was no significant difference in the scores of relapse tendency of compulsory isolation drug addicts in different intervention projects(P > 0.05).Analysis conclusion:1.Most of the middle-aged people are from rural areas and have no stable financial income. Its low educational level leads to a lack of awareness of drugs and the use of traditional drugs heroin..2.In terms of mental health.Compared with the national norm, drug addicts have serious mental health problems;collective sports activities are conducive to regulating bad emotions, improving interpersonal relationships and promoting mental health;in the improvement of obsessive-compulsive symptoms, the intervention twice a week is better than three times a week.In the improvement of anxiety symptoms, the intervention three times a week is better than the intervention frequency twice a week.Different intervention frequencies have similar effects on the improvement of other symptoms;the improvement effect of basketball intervention on interpersonal sensitivity, terror and paranoid symptoms is better than that of sports game intervention. The improvement effect of sports game intervention on obsessive-compulsive and anxiety symptoms is better than that of basketball intervention.3.On self-acceptance.Compared with the national norm, the overall self-acceptance level of drug addicts is low;collective sports activities enhance self-confidence and mutual trust, learn to better accept themselves and others, thereby enhancing the level of self-acceptance;the frequency of intervention three times a week is better than the frequency of intervention twice a week in improving the overall level of self-acceptance and self-acceptance factors, and the effects of the two intervention frequencies on self-evaluation factors are similar;basketball and sports games have similar effects on the improvement of self-acceptance of drug addicts in compulsory isolation.4.In terms of relapse tendency.Collective sports activities can effectively reduce the relapse tendency of drug addicts and enhance their willingness to quit drugs. The improvement of relapse tendency of intervention three times a week is better than that of intervention twice a week;the effects of basketball and sports games on the relapse tendency of drug addicts in compulsory isolation were similar.5.Eight weeks of moderate-intensity collective physical activity can effectively improve the mental health,self-acceptance and relapse tendency of drug addicts in compulsory isolation.Among them, basketball is more effective in building interpersonal relationships, eliminating terror symptoms and changing paranoia, while sports games are more effective in improving compulsion and alleviating anxiety. The frequency of intervention three times a week can also effectively alleviate anxiety, improve self-acceptance level and reduce relapse tendency. The frequency of intervention twice a week is more prominent in improving compulsion. |
