| In the context of the overall deterioration of the global drug abuse problem,the drug abuse problem has become a major public health and social problem in the world.How to help drug addicts to detox has become a hot issue for scholars.Therefore,this study chooses aerobic +resistance exercise to explore The impact on the mental health of male forcible personnel.Objective: Through the comparative analysis before and after the experiment,from the intervention effect of aerobic +resistance exercise to reveal its influence on the mental health promotion of male forcible persons.Methods: Use the test method to test the mental health of the experimental subjects,use Pearson and Spearman to analyze the correlation between the different demographic characteristics of the experimental subjects and their mental health,use the chi-square test to make no difference analysis of the basic conditions of the experimental subjects,and use the T test to analyze The mental health of the subjects before and after the experiment.Results:(1)Through the correlation analysis of Pearson and Spearman,it is concluded that the mental health of male forced men is affected by age,marital status,education level,exercise habits,number of years of drug use,frequency of drug use,and number of times of detoxification;(2)Before exercise intervention,the experimental group and the control group No statistical significance,p0.05;The scores of SCL-90 and various factors and SAS scores of male forced bans were significantly different from the domestic norm,p0.01;(3)After the exercise intervention,the control group and the national norm There is a significant difference,p0.01,there is no significant difference between before and after the experiment within the group;there is a significant difference between the psychiatric factor and the paranoid factor of the experimental group and the national norm ratio,p0.05,the other factors have no significant difference,p0.05,there is a significant difference in the ratio of before and after the experiment in the group,p0.01;there is a significant difference in the ratio between the control group and the experimental group,p0.01.Conclusion:(1)Age,marital status,education level,exercise habits,number of years of drug use,frequency of drug use,and number of times of detoxification are related to the mental health of male coercive persons;(2)Before aerobic +resistance exercise intervention,the mental health of the control group and the experimental group There is a significant difference in health compared with the national norm,which reveals that the mental health of male forcible persons is poor.(3)After aerobic + resistance exercise intervention,the experimental group’s mental health level has been greatly improved.Among them,the improvement of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety and other factor symptoms is more obvious.(4)Experimental results confirm that the 12-week aerobic exercise + resistance exercise intervention for male force-abstainers in this study has a positive effect on the improvement and improvement of their mental health.It proves that aerobic +resistance exercise is possible As an effective exercise intervention aid. |
