The Reference Book for Teachers of Shanghai Preschool Education is a product of improving the quality of curriculum reform and promoting teachers' professional development under the background of the second curriculum reform of kindergartens in Shanghai.“Learning Activities”,as the most important reference textbook for teachers,is adhering to the concept of "Early childhood development-oriented" of the second curriculum reform,which provides the main reference basis for the majority of kindergarten teachers to carry out educational activities.This research takes kindergarten teachers in Shanghai as the research object,mainly adopts text analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case study method and other methods to investigate the basic use status,problems and the demand for reference books of teachers.The purpose is to draw inspiration for the use and compilation of “Learning Activities” and help kindergarten teachers to better use reference books in their daily curriculum and enhance professional competence,at the same time,put forward suggestions for reference book.Firstly,on the basis of consulting the relevant literature,this study combs and summarizes the literature to provide theoretical support for this study and the preparation of questionnaires.Secondly,through the text analysis of "Learning Activities" in three age stages,the content and structure of its compilation are studied,and its compilation characteristics are mainly interpreted to provide the content basis for the compilation of the questionnaire.Thirdly,on the basis of grasping the compilation characteristics of “Learning Activities”,through investigation and research,we can understand the current understanding attitude,specific use,problems and needs of kindergarten teachers in Shanghai for reference books of “Learning Activities”.Finally,on the basis of investigation and research,this study puts forward suggestions and prospects for teachers to use reference books of “Learning Activities”,including that teachers should establish correct roles,use books appropriately and reasonably,form learning communities,have awareness of resource development and utilization,give full play to parents and other resources;kindergartens should provide teachers with teaching resources support and related resources.Reference books need to update the activity materials,improve the activity examples,divide the learning time and sequence for the theme,and after the theme,supplement the compilation suggestions related to family and society.
