This paper came from the thinking of the value of reference books itself, and kindergarten teachers is confused in the process of usage for reference books. Therefore, this paper focus on "the basic situation of the teaching reference book usage" and "Kindergarten teachers teaching problems existing in the reference book to use".The author use literature method and questionnaire method, probes into the kindergarten teachers knowledge of teaching reference books,the frequency of Teacher’s teaching reference books usage,Satisfaction on the part of the teaching reference books,Kindergarten type of teaching reference books, its time over the use of the teaching reference books,and the source of teaching reference,what part is the Teachers focus on,Teachers use confusion and related Suggestions.Then, we found that positive attitude about most kindergarten teachers for teaching reference books,Teacher’s teaching reference exists the phenomenon of high utilization and low satisfaction,most of the teachers use teaching reference in preparation stage,and they primarily use teaching reference which colleges and the local education committee compiled, at the same time,teachers prefer to teaching content, method and process.However, the author also found that some problems existing in the process of Teaching books usage,such as teachers rely too much on teaching books,and the approach is so single,Teachers teaching reference point directly its teaching function and less focus on the generation of teaching reference itself value,and Teachers tend to simplify, static use teaching reference books. At the same time,teaching reference book itself also has some problems,For example, the plate design is not reasonable, Regional differences to adapt to poor and Toys, teaching aid kit is not perfect. Based on this, the author further thinking about preschool teachers we are suited for course development or Curriculum reform,Teaching reference is for direct use or provide a scaffold,How to be more humanistic for teaching reference design.Based on the existing problems, the author thinks that can support from the teachers themselves, teaching reference books and the external environment three aspects to further optimize the teacher teaching reference use.
