Research On The Application Of Group Work In The Difficulty Of Adjusting The Role Of Retired Elderly People

With increased rate of aging in our country,the number of retired people is rapidly increasing,become an important social groups working on these retired people in their jobs for decades,have been accustomed to the life rhythm and work rhythm inherent,formed a stable value,obtained the proper social status suddenly retired from their jobs,the original life rhythm and work rhythm is completely disrupted,the role of the retired old man adjustment problems.Retired from professional role shifted role,can appear the psychological such as frustration emptiness and loneliness is not adapt to the situation,also appeared in behavior irritable temper don’t want to go out afraid of see,not activities aimed at these problems,as a social worker,how to make them better adapt to the change of role,with a positive attitude in the face of problems,renewed passion and pleasure of life,is that we need to think about the problem.In this paper,guided by the social role theory,using the depth interview method,observation and literature research methods.Try from two aspects of social and self identity can be summed up in the old man retired role of specific performance,and then try to use the social role theory to explain the reason for the retired old man role imbalance,and from retiree,cultural degree,marital status,economic status,health status,and the old man’s life family environment and social environment and so on to analyze the factors affecting the old role adjustment.According to the requirement of the team selected team members,and analyses the team estimates using group work methods and techniques,with the support of team dynamics theory foundation,has carried out activities for team members with observation questionnaire method and comparison method to do the performance evaluation of group activities,reflects on in the process of group activities to carry out the advantages and disadvantages,and made a summary to the entire team activity in the end,summarizes the group work in retiree role adjustment difficulties of merit and shortcomings,for the future to provide retiree role adjustment of social service provides reference.
