Research On The Role Adjustment Of Early Retirees Involved In Y Community By Case Work Intervene

With the change of social environment and the remain of historical problems,the problem of population aging in China is becoming more and more serious.The number of retirees is increasing and forming a large group that can not be ignored,attracting the attention of leaders,experts and scholars.Retirement has brought a series of adverse reactions,such as the sharp decline in the economic income of some retirees,the difficulty in realizing their achievements in work,the change in work life status,and the change of social identity from conscientious workers to idle community people.In the process of role adjustment,although many people have made prediction preparations,leaving the familiar working environment and the decline of rights,status and reputation brought about by the work position,some retirees find it difficult to accept this change for the time being.There are frictions in the transformation of old and new roles,and they cannot adapt to the retired roles well,which will have a certain impact on their later life.Whether the early retirees can smoothly adjust their roles is closely related to the quality of their retirement life.This study discusses the necessity of role adjustment,and discusses how to help early retirees adapt to retirement roles as soon as possible,as well as undertake the responsibilities brought by roles.Retirement is the final stage of personal career development.The role adjustment process that workers must go through is the result of social development and the need of social change.During the investigation,it was found that the early retirees were generally in bad mood,failed to plan their retirement life reasonably,and lacked social support network.In view of these problems,early retirees should not only accept the current situation of retirement in psychology,cognition and behavior,but also treat retirement life with a positive attitude.Social work is a scientific self-help activity.In the long-term practical intervention,it has accumulated a complete set of theoretical basis and general process of practical intervention.In this study,social worker uses the theoretical knowledge and the experience summarized in practice,according to the results of the questionnaire and the interview method,select two clients who have difficulties in role adjustment,provides them with case intervention services and role adjustment assistance,helps clients make a good role plan after retirement.They should strengthen their role adaptability after retirement,learn self adjustment methods and adjust their living conditions.They would integrate into their retirement life and improve their quality of life,and find new ways to realize the value of life.
