Research On The Deviation Of The Role Positioning Of School Social Workers

As a new position in school system,school social work is playing a more and more important role in dealing with students' psychological problems and social development ability.Based on the actual needs of students,school social workers will integrate the resources of the school and the community,carry out activities to promote the healthy growth of students,assist the school to play the role of quality education,and cultivate students to form a good social personality.However,in the process of introducing school social work,due to the factors of the development of the social work environment,the role orientation of school social workers is deviated,which affects the normal function of school social work.Based on the author's participatory observation and investigation of 6 school social workers of different positions in X social work service center of shenzhen,this paper analyzes and studies the role positioning deviation of school social workers from the perspective of role theory and the method of empirical research.Firstly,the role played by school social workers in practice is analyzed.Secondly,through the study found that the school social worker role distance,role ambiguity and role conflict between the performance of the three aspects of the role deviation,and find the reason and the school social worker to seek solutions in the process of practice,such as to seek help institutions to supervise,seeking support and school social workers to enhance their own professional quality,etc.;Finally,in the light of the role of social workers to produce the problem of deviation from the school social workers professional quality,to strengthen the understanding of the school social workers,improve the school social worker policy support and development of local school social work in China run way four aspects,proposed the corresponding solution Suggestions.
