Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Amateur Tennis Events In Harbin

With the improvement of the living standards of people and the popularization of national fitness,there are more and more people participating in tennis,especially in large and medium-sized cities.The market economy of Harbin is relatively well developed,and the mass sports activities are relatively abundant.As the provincial capital of Heilongjiang Province,it is one of the areas where the national fitness is better.However,the development of tennis is not popular,and the development of amateur tennis is slow.And the overall level is low.The article investigates and analyzes the basic situation,organizational form,entrants,coaches,and referees of Harbin amateur tennis tournament through literature,interview,questionnaire survey,logic analysis and mathematical statistics.Through the investigation,the main conclusions were made as below: the frequency of amateur tennis events in Harbin is mostly once a year,and the amateur tennis events in Harbin are mainly held in March,May and August,July and September.The number of participants in the amateur tennis competition in Harbin and the venue of the competition showed an increasing trend.The amateur tennis event in Harbin has formed a competition method for single elimination,elimination of additional matches and first group cycle and single elimination.The regional amateur tennis competitions in Harbin are set up for men’s singles,women’s singles,men’s doubles,women’s doubles and mixed doubles.The school system of amateur tennis competitions is relatively perfect,and only a very low percentage of the rules of the game,and high level players are more interested in the reward mechanism of the event.The main source of funding for the event is government funding and corporate sponsorship,with a certain percentage of registration fees.Participants in Harbin amateur tennis competition are mainly adult and middle-aged males.The occupations with high proportion include public servants,management personnel,business personnel,and students,the school learning and self-study are the main sources of tennis technology for participants in the amateur tennis competition in Harbin.The ball age is more than 2 years accounting for 91%,and the frequency of tennis practiceis high,and there is a certain cost investment.The motivation for participation is entertainment hobbies,communication and health.The athletes are more satisfied with the referees.The academic structure of the coaches of the amateur tennis competition in Harbin is reasonable.There are 47% of the coaches have more than 5years of coaching,and there are 79% of the coaches have participated in the training.Harbin amateur tennis referees account for 33% of women,and 67% of men.There are 67% of college students,most of them have higher education,and the ages between 20-30 years old,and their length of the ruling is not long.The national referees only accounted rarely,and they are mainly by second-level referees.Through research,it is found that the development of Harbin amateur tennis tournaments has problems in organization management,time and frequency of events,contestants,coaches and referees.The following countermeasures are proposed:organizing more and more amateur tennis tournaments.Increasing the promotion of Harbin amateur tennis tournaments,and finding more channels for publicity.And actively constructing suitable platforms,improving the development model of Harbin amateur tennis tournaments.And enhancing the amateur tennis club and college tennis in Harbin.And increase the training of referees and coaches.
