Measurement Research On The Sense Of Acquisition Of Migrant Workers

Since the reform and opening up,China has experienced a rapid development of urbanization,and has absorbed a large amount of transfer employments of rural laborers.Migrant workers have become the mainstay of industrial workers in China.However,migrant workers still face obstacles in the process of citizenization,and are difficult to enjoy basic public services as same level as urban residents.And the degree of sharing social development results is not high.This paper selects the Migrant workers in three villages of H city in H province as the research object,and uses the questionnaire survey and interview method to obtain first-hand data.Through the structural equation path analysis and descriptive statistical analysis,the status quo of migrant workers’ sensation is measured and the influence is found.This paper has found out significant factors in Migrant workers’ sense of gain,and pointed out propose countermeasures to improve the Migrant workers’ sense of gain.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated that "the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into a contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and the inadequate balanced development." How to meet the people’s need for a better life,achieve balanced and adequate social development,continuously improve people’s sense of gain are important issues in reform and development.The article constructs an analysis framework of the four dimensions of “importance-balance-sufficiency-sustainability”.The origin of the framework is “importance”,and the horizontal axis is “balanced”,and the vertical axis is “ upper and lower ”.Sustainability and sufficiency.The framework can be used not only as a factor in measuring the sense of gain,but also as an influencing factor.The article constructs a structural equation measurement model for sense of gain.The impact factors include economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction,ecological civilization construction,personal monthly income,working hours,and working areas.After the model data is verified,the path analysis results of the structural equation show that all aspects of the “five in one” overall layout are positively correlated with the sense of gain.The correlation rank from high to low is social construction,political construction,ecological civilization construction,cultural construction,and economic construction.There is a significant correlation between the personal factors and the sense of gain of migrantworkers.Personal monthly income and working time are positively correlated with the sense of gain.The working area has a negative correlation with the sense of gain.The correlation between duration and the sense of gain is the greatest,personal monthly income is the second,and employment area is the the least.The descriptive statistical analysis of the measurement results of migrant workers’ sense of gain shows that from the four analytical dimensions rank as this:sustainability> importance> sufficiency> balance.The evaluation of all aspects of the overall layout of the “five in one”is social construction > political construction >cultural construction > economic construction > ecological civilization construction.The the cross-analysis of four dimensions of "importance-balance-sufficiency-sustainability" and all aspects of the "five in one" overall layout and 22 construction projects shows a complex situation.
