Investigation On The Sense Of Acquisition Of Migrant Women

At present,the living and living conditions of the female migrant workers have attracted more and more attention from all walks of life,and the sense of gain has gradually become a new term and a new indicator to measure the people’s living standards.Enhancing the people’s sense of gain has become an important goal of our government.According to the survival status of migrant women,this study explores the source factors of their sense of gain,analyzes their existing links and influence,and then puts forward measures and suggestions to improve the level of sense of gain of migrant women.In this study,240 valid samples from District B of city a were investigated based on the survey scale of the study on the structure of Chinese sense of acquisition.Through analysis,this paper concludes that the level of sense of gain of migrant women is above the middle level,and there are significant differences among respondents of different age levels.The sense of gain of 36 years old and above is lower than that of 35 years old and below.The five dimensions of the source of the sense of gain are significantly and strongly positively correlated with the sense of gain experience.The constant from the dimension of the sense of gain of value and dignity can often be recognized for what they do.The work remuneration in the source dimension of the sense of gain of family economic status is significantly higher than that of pay and the family economic status is significantly higher than that of local residents The higher the level of these four independent variables,the higher the overall level of sense of access of migrant women.Therefore,in order to improve the level of female migrant workers’ sense of gain,this paper has the following implications:first,focus on the group of female migrant workers aged 36 and over;2、Among the migrant women,the sense of gain from family economic status and value dignity is the most significant.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the level of sense of gain of migrant women from the perspective of increasing salary income and social rights and interests protection;3、Countermeasures and suggestions can be put forward from the perspective of local government,social work and self growth and development to improve the level of sense of acquisition of female migrant workers.
