| Primary school is an important place for children to receive compulsory education.The primary school campus should have been the cleanest place,but there have been some discord.In recent years,school bullying and school violence have occurred from time to time.This has caused certain harm to the campus life and mental health of primary school students,and has a certain impact on the education,teaching and management of the school.How to effectively avoid the occurrence of primary school students’ aggression is a problem that needs to be explored to promote the "safe campus" of primary schools.Taking the four primary schools in Q City as an example,this paper investigates the attack behaviors of primary school students by using observation,case analysis and questionnaires.At the same time,it combines interviews to investigate teachers’ understanding,coping strategies and prevention strategies for primary school students’ aggression behavior.The main contents are as follows: First,on the basis of researching domestic and foreign research on student aggression,the related concepts of aggression,the components and processes of primary school aggression are defined.Second,the investigation and analysis of the current situation of primary school students’ aggression mainly includes the time and place of the primary school students’ aggression,the characteristics of the attacking parties,the participants,the execution of the aggression,the response of the attacked students,and the reaction of the students.The eight aspects of the way,the teacher’s coping style,and the differences in primary school aggression behavior.Third,analyze the causes of the aggression behavior of primary school students.Fourth,propose countermeasures to avoid primary school students’ aggressive behavior.The study found that: First,the time of primary school students’ aggression is mainly concentrated in the classroom and before or after school or at school,and the places are mainly concentrated in classrooms and corridors.Second,grumpy students are more likely to be attacking students,and introverted,whispering students are more likely to be attacked students.Third,the participation of primary school students in aggression is diverse.Fourth,the most common practice for primary school students is “speech attack”,“relational attack” and“physical attack”.Fifth,the attacked students have different ways of reacting after being subjected to different types of attacks.Sixth,there are differences in the way students look at different students’ different behaviors.Seventh,different teachers have different ways of responding to different primary school students’ aggressive behaviors.Eighth,there are differences in the attack lines of primary school students in terms of gender,grade level,parenting style,parental out-of-work work,legal awareness,and class atmosphere.Based on the above research,the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from the five aspects of family,teachers,school,students themselves and peers,and strives to effectively avoid the occurrence of primary school students’ aggression,promote the formation of good behaviors of primary school students,and build a safe and orderly campus.environment of. |
