Aggressive behavior is a common kind of bad behavior in primary school students.It is a kind of social behavior formed by many factors in their growth process.This kind of behavior extensively occurs in the life of pupils,often manifested as pupils deliberately beating,cursing,robbing or intentionally destroying other people's goods,giving others insulting nicknames,laughing at other people's mistakes and defects,and even using the method of interpersonal isolation to attack students and so on.This kind of behavior is easy to cause the attacker's own bad development,such as interpersonal tension,but also to bring physical and mental harm to the attacked,and also easy to cause class order disorder,and even cause contradictions and conflicts between schools and families,resulting in certain difficulties in education and teaching management.The research on pupils' aggressive behavior is not only helpful to reduce and control their aggressive behavior,but also helpful to the normal implementation of education and teaching.Based on the classical aggressive theory and relevant research results at China and abroad,435 pupils from two primary schools in a district of X city were investigated by self-compiling aggressive behavior questionnaire.The purpose is to understand the current situation of pupils' aggressive behavior through investigation.Through interviewing some pupils and their teachers and classmates,this paper explores the causes of pupils' aggressive behavior,and puts forward feasible educational countermeasures and suggestions.The findings of this study are as follows: first,pupils do not have a correct understanding of aggressive behavior.Secondly,aggressive behavior is widespread among primary school students.Third,there are many kinds of aggressive behaviors among pupils,among which direct verbal attack is the highest,direct physical attack is the second,and relational attack is the lowest.Fourthly,pupils who are unpleasant in appearance,unpopular with teachers and classmates,and with poor grades are the most vulnerable to attack.Fifth,pupils are prone to aggressive behavior situations are that after being bullied by others,when they are at odds with others,after being criticized by teachers or parents;Sixth,the most aggressive behaviors places of pupils are classrooms,corridors and playgrounds.Seventh,most pupils can turn to their teachers,classmates and parents for help after being attacked by others,but others unusually try to find opportunities to retaliate.Eighth,more than 90% of the bystanders can help the attacked person by stopping or telling the teacher in the face of aggressive behavior.In this regard,the author puts forward four educational countermeasures and suggestions:First,from the perspective of family,we should build a harmonious family atmosphere,adjust the way of family education and reduce violent contact.Second,starting from the school aspect,we should improve the awareness of educators on offensive behaviors,strengthen model learning,strengthen daily supervision and management,teach students to give vent rationally,cultivate students' self-restraint ability,and use various methods to intervene students' attacking facts.Third,strengthen home-school cooperation;Fourth,build a harmonious and civilized social environment.
