| With the emergence of “3:30” or “4:30” problem,the care and education problem of students during this period become a topic of concern for parents.After the ministry of education proposed to carry out after-class services in schools in 2017,so far,many primary schools have carried out after-class services.Therefore,based on the current situation of the implementation of the service after class investigation and study,found that after class service in the process of implementation of the problems facing,then analyses the cause of the problem,and finally puts forward pertinent opinions,not only can promote the optimization of elementary school management,improve the quality of service of education teaching after class,can also to promote the development of the after service,provide reference for the establishment of the after service policy in China.Based on the analysis of the existed literature,this study conducts on-the-spot investigations of S primary schools on the basis of policy analysis.The questionnaires,interviews and observations are used to investigate the implementation of S primary school after-school services.By distributing questionnaires to parents and students,we can understand parents’ satisfaction with after-school services and students’ learning in after-school services.Through interviews with some teachers and school administrators,we can more fully understand the implementation status of after-school services;On-the-spot observation of S Elementary School,a comprehensive understanding of the implementation status of after-school services.The survey results show that parents are more than 60% satisfied with after-school services.After one and a half years of study,students have achieved good results.However,there are still many problems in the process of implementation,mainly in the following: Student hosting issues have not been fully resolved;the faculty of after-school service needs to be improved;the students participating in after-school service develop independently are restricted in the process of learning.Aiming to solve these problems,the author conducted a reason analysis and proposed targeted improvement strategies and suggestions based on the analysis of the reasons: First,change the concept,and clarify the value orientation and functional orientation of after-school services;second,further optimize the system design of school after-class service,mainly including the design of the time,content and organization of mode;the third is to organize a diversified faculty,which mainly includes the quantity and quality;and the fourth is to develop a reasonable quality assessment system and give play to the evaluation.The educational function promotes the personalized development of students attending after-school services.At present,many schools are still in the initial stage of exploration and have not taken shape.While drawing on foreign experience in after-school services,we should also strive to combine China’s national conditions and the actual situation in various regions.In particular,according to the current situation of large differences in urban and rural education in China,the government needs to recommend a complete,scientific and systematic policy to provide guarantee for the implementation of after-school services nationwide. |
