In 2014,the ministry of education of China proposed the opinions on comprehensively deepening the curriculum reform and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating moral talents,and the term "core literacy" was officially included in the scope of China's education system reform.With more and more in-depth and extensive understanding of the core literacy,in September 2016,the ministry of education of China issued "Chinese students' development of core literacy" to clearly define the core literacy: core literacy is the students to adapt to the social development of the necessary character and key ability.At the end of 2017,the standard of ideological and political courses for ordinary high schools was released,which clearly defined "political identity,scientific spirit,sense of rule of law and public participation" as the core accomplishment of this discipline.Since then,front-line ideological and political course teachers across the country have had a deeper understanding of core literacy.However,how to interpret the core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline and how to implement the core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline are still in the exploratory stage in the practical link of education and teaching.In order to study the reform path of ideological and political course in senior high school and to strengthen the practice of core literacy in senior high school ideological and political courses,improving the level of education and teaching,this paper takes the cultivation of the core quality of ideological and political course in senior high school as the theme,and carries out the research on this topic by means of literature research,practical reflection,comprehensive analysis and questionnaire survey.The main content of this paper is based on the research theory of the core literacy,trying to start from the connotation and goal of the core literacy,the inner meaning of the core literacy of high school ideological and political discipline,characteristics and elements of the logical relationship between the elaboration,for the next step of this paper to lay a solid theoretical foundation.From the big background of the era demand at home and abroad and the demand for students' personal to discuss the significance of high school ideological and political discipline core literacy cultivation,from the education teaching idea,education teaching,education teaching evaluation study appeared in the process of cultivation of restricting factors,and then corresponding reasons from the education teaching idea,teaching content and method,puts forward some measures for the teaching evaluation dimensions is trying to find a feasible way of high schoolideological and political discipline core literacy cultivation.In general,this new educational concept,on the one hand,is conducive to promoting the comprehensive and sustainable development of students;on the other hand,it is conducive to the advancement of China's current educational reform and development process.Therefore,the research in this paper is also of certain practical significance.
