With the continuous development and in-depth promotion of the new round of basic education curriculum reform,how to effectively combine the new curriculum standard of ideological and political discipline(2017 edition,2020 revision)(hereinafter referred to as the "new curriculum standard")with the cultivation of discipline core literacy is one of the main topics of research and discussion in the educational circle today.Curriculum horizon,the high school thought politics discipline core literacy cultivation(hereinafter referred to as the "subject" core literacy cultivation)throughout the party and the national education policies,adhere to the "student centered" education concept,adhere to the "khalid ents" fundamental task,helps both the party and national policy education,carry out and implement,It is also helpful to highlight the educational value of high school ideological and political subjects,promote the overall development of students,and lay the theoretical foundation and practical value for promoting the modernization of education and the construction of education power.Based on the national education policy as the policy guidance,the research results of domestic and foreign scholars as the theoretical basis,and the cultivation of subject core literacy as the core of this paper,this study aims to understand the cultivation status of subject core literacy through student questionnaire and teacher interview in three high schools in Baota District,Yan 'an city.Through combing and analyzing the data,the author found that At present subject core literacy cultivation mainly include the following issues:the importance of education subject to discipline core literacy cultivation is not high,high school ideological and political course teachers' professional quality and teaching ability is low,the student about the development degree of subject core literacy cultivation imbalances and discipline core literacy cultivation limited guiding role of evaluation results.At the same time,the cause of these problems are: the subject of education there exist deviations in understanding of subject core literacy cultivation,subject teachers' professional learning and cultivating education relative lag,the system of subject core literacy cultivation policy mechanism is imperfect and the evaluation of subject core literacy cultivation mechanism needs to be optimized.Based on this,this study respectively from deepening the concept of the value subject core literacy cultivation,improve the level of the education teaching of high school ideological and political course teachers,perfect to carry out the system of subject core literacy cultivation mechanism and dash to optimize the evaluation mechanism of subject core literacy cultivation,cultivation of implementation of subject core measures are put forward.
