Objective:Performing functional impairment is prevalent in the clinical manifestations of patients with Parkinson's disease, and improving patient executive function is a key area of rehabilitation. To explore the effect of PNF technology combined with functional training on the executive function of patients with Parkinsonls disease, and to provide a basis for elinically seeking an effective and comprehensive rehabilitation intervention.Method:Seven patients with primary Parkinson's disease who met the inclusion criteria and equipped with a brain pacemaker were selected for the exercise intervention of PNF technique combined with fiinctional training on Monday and Monday.Three dimensions, cognitive level and motor fulction tests were performed before and after training:Stroop color test,2-back task and TMT connection test were used to test inhibition control, working memory and cognitive flexibility respectively;using MoCA The scale records the changes in the overall cognitive function of the patient;at the same time, the three sports functions were recorded using a stopwatch;the changes of various test indicators before and after the intervention were observed.Result:1.Execution iunction:(1)After intervention, the inhibition control dimension Stroop color test showed that the accuracy rate increased and the reaction time decreased, but the differenee was not statistically significant(P>0.05);(2)after the intervention, the working memory dimension 2 The-back task test showed that the accuracy rate increased and the response time decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After the intervention, the cognitive flexibility dimension TMT connection test showed that the reaction time was reduced, and the difference was not statistical.Academic significance(P>0.05).2.Overall cognitive function:After intervention,MoCA total score, visual space/execution function, and delayed memory were improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);naming,attention,language,abstract ability, orientation force,The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Motor function:After the intervention, the patient's 10m pace,TUG,and one-leg standing time improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using PNF technology combined with functional training,eight-week exercise intervention for patients with early-stage Parkinson's disease with a pacemaker:(1)can improve working memory of patients with Parkinson's disease, but with inhibition control and cognitive flexibility no improvement.(3)The performance of patients with Parkinson's disease is improved while the motor function is improved.
