Objective:Parkinson's disease is one of the common degenerative diseases of the nervous system.Among them, motor dysfunction is one of the most common problems affecting the daily life of patients, which seriously affects the mental health and quality of life of patients. In this study,Health Qigong is used as a means of exercise intervention to observe the rehabilitation of Parkinson's disease patients in terms of motor function,to provide targeted rehabilitation programs for Parkinson's patients, and to compare the changes in motor function of Parkinson's patients before and after physical function.Situation,to explore the influence of Health Qigong exercise on motor function of Parkinson's disease patients, and to provide scientific basis for promoting the application of Health Qigong in Parkinson's field. Methods:The experimental subjects were 40 Parkinson's disease patients who met the experimental conditions from the Ruijin Hospital of Shanghai and the Department of Neurology of Xinhua Hospital. They were divided into Health Qigong group(experimental group)and home exercise group(control group).Training twice a week, every 60min-80 min,the experimental group will issue exercise log, according to exercise log daily practice. The home exercise group combined with rehabilitation guidance to encourage patients to perform their own activities, both groups lasted 3 months. Before and after exercise,we used the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS?),Minibest Simple Balance Scale,TUGT Stand-up Walking Test,10-meter walk,30-second sitting, and hand-eye coordination test data to collect and analyze the results.Result:1.UPDRS? and Hoehn-Yahr staging score data showed that the experimental group had statistically significant differences before and after the experiment, and there is a very significant difference(P<0.01),there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);2.Minibest simple balance scale score data show that the experimental group before and after the experiment has a very significant difference(P<0.01);after the experiment, there is a very significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).In terms of posture adjustment and gait stability, the experimental group scored significantly more than before the experiment(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups after the experiment(P<0.05).The postural response and azimuth, the statistical results show that the two groups had no significant changes before and after the experiment(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after the experiment(P>0.05).3.The TUGT standing walking test data shows that the comparison between the two groups shows very significant difference(P<0.01).After the experiment, there is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.10 meters of walking data show that the experimental group before and after comparison results show that there is a very significant difference(P<0.01);after the experiment between the two groups has a very significant difference(P<0.01);5.30 seconds sitting data show that the experimental group has a very significant difference after the experiment(P<0.01),there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after the experiment(P>0.05).6.The data of hand-eye coordination(cans flipping)before and after the experiment showed that there was a significant difference between the twogroups before and after the experiment(P<0.01).There was a significant difference between the two groups after the experiment(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Fitness qigong exercise improves the balance of patients with Parkinson's disease, especially in the posture adjustment and gait stability dimensions.(2)Health Qigong exercise improves the walking ability and walking speed of Parkinson's disease patients.(3)Health Qigong exercise enhances the lower extremity strength of patients with Parkinson's disease.(4)Health Qigong exercise improved hand-eye coordination in patients with Parkinson's disease.
