Due to the large population base in China, with the implementation of the family planning policy, the speed of population aging will continue to accelerate in the next few years. As an important influencing factor of Parkinson’s disease, age means that the number of Parkinson’s patients in China will continue to increase. Most elderly people with Parkinson’s disease are difficult to speak because of their own limitations. In recent years, the research on Parkinson’s disease has become a research hotspot. On the basis of paying attention to the formation mechanism and treatment mechanism of the disease,we began to pay attention to the mental, interpersonal and family effects brought by Parkinson’s disease. In the whole process of Parkinson’s disease, how do patients accept the reality of their own illness? What psychological problems may the patient have? What effects will Parkinson’s patients have on their families? What services can social workers provide for Parkinson’s patients? By visiting Parkinson’s patients, this paper analyzes the advantages and difficulties of early Parkinson’s patients. From the advantages, the elderly are more mature in cognition, and their ability to accept and cope with difficulties will be stronger.Stability in economic and social support,no need to consider the social role responsibilities borne by middle age,and more sufficient time to deal with chronic diseases. The whole group activity will proceed from the advantages of the case owner and pay attention to the potential internal force of the case owner.Because the patient is the root of coping with the problem, social workers need to consider how to stimulate the resilience of the case owner and awaken and enhance the patient’s ability to cope with difficulties.Physiologically,it is mainly the decline of patients’ quality of life.Try to slow down the development of Parkinson’s disease and maintain basic self-care ability.Psychological problems are mainly anxiety, depression and other psychological emotions. How to reduce the adverse effects of psychological problems on patients. The social problem is how to re-establish patients’ social ties to restore social relations.Under the service concept of strengthening the resilience of the case owner through empowerment to achieve the life task of self-integration of the elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease, the resilience of the case owner is stimulated by the method of remembering the past.In the service provided by social workers,we try to link resources with the goal of continuous care to meet the needs of Parkinson’s patients. In the final evaluation, providing services for Parkinson’s patients from a dominant perspective has different degrees of significance for patients’ physical health, mental health and social health.
