With the emergence of the phenomenon of compulsory education collectivization and the establishment and discussion of the school running mode,people begin to pursue the high quality and fair educational form to break the imbalance and insufficient development brought by the traditional education.This is also an important measure to guide the reform,which plays an active role in promoting the overall quality of education and improving the educational environment.The fundamental significance of the study on the collectivized school running mode is to promote the quality and balanced development of education.What form of school running model is effective? Are there regional differences? How to implement and advance the model? How are the effects assessed? The problems in these columns are worth studying It is also the problem that must be paid attention to and solved in the study of the group-run school model.Based on the current situation of compulsory education in Shenyang,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of running schools,and establishes the appropriate educational collectivization mode in order to perfect the problems existing in the present educational collectivization mode.Based on the analysis of a large number of facts and documents,this study illustrates the theory,describes the present situation,combs the problems and puts forward the countermeasures.The first chapter is the introduction,which includes the questions,the purpose,the content,the definition of the core concepts,the literature review,the significance of the research and the research methods,which is the basic work before the topic selection.The aim is to sort out the value and problem point of the research.The second chapter analyzes the present situation of compulsory education collectivization in Shenyang from the aspects of school running condition and school effect.The third chapter: the theory of school-running mode of compulsory education collectivization in Shenyang Discussion,belong to the part that ought to be.First of all,it expounds the theoretical basis of the school running mode of compulsory education collectivization in Shenyang,and what theory is the foundation of it.Secondly,it analyzes the contents,advantages and disadvantages of the six kinds of school running models.Finally,this paper chooses and analyzes the mode of running schools by collectivization in the stage of compulsory education in Shenyang.The fourth chapter puts forward the problems existing in the mode of compulsory education collectivization in Shenyang on the basis of practical analysis and analyzes the causes.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect Shenyang compulsory education collectivization mode.Through the methods of literature,interview and case analysis,this paper makes a deep study on the development background and present situation of the school running mode of compulsory education collectivization in Shenyang.The study found that from the power source of group formation,the legal person status of each organization in the group after establishment,the relationship between organizations and so on,we can define Shenyang compulsory education collectivization school model as reorganization,name,etc.There are six kinds of mild cooperation,trust,pair,partner,and so on.The six models are summarized,the management methods of each mode are studied and evaluated through six typical cases,and the subject and object of group running school are studied and analyzed.This paper expounds the motive mechanism,defines and combs the school-running mode of the collectivization of compulsory education in Shenyang,and lays a foundation for the comprehensive construction of the school-running mode of the collectivization of compulsory education in Shenyang.Shenyang compulsory education collectivization has been implemented for many years and has more mature practical experience.An in-depth empirical study on it will be helpful to clarify the background,mode and internal management of the collectivization.It is helpful to find out the problems existing in the collectivization of running a school,to grasp the rule of running a school by collectivization of compulsory education accurately,to put forward some relevant suggestions,and to provide theoretical and practical support for the education administration department to formulate and perfect the educational policy.
