The development of our basic education has gone from basic equilibrium to overall equilibrium,and at present our education is moving towards high quality equilibrium.The imbalance and insufficiency of high quality educational resources has been a difficult problem for the basic education in China,which has led to a series of social problems,such as the high price of school district housing and the craze for school choice,collectivization is an effective strategy to alleviate the imbalance of high-quality education resources,broaden the coverage of high-quality education resources,so that every child has the opportunity to enjoy high-quality and high-level education,and promote education equity.In recent years,the practice of collectivizing schools has been carried out all over the country,and remarkable results have been achieved,which has effectively promoted the development of the basic education in China.However,due to the late appearance of collectivization in the field of basic education,the lack of school experience,and the lack of systematic guidance,there are still some problems,which have an impact on the development of education groups.Therefore,taking an education group in the county as an example,the author tries to find out the problems and put forward solutions to promote the continuous development of the education group in the county.This paper takes the s county experimental Middle School Education Group as the research object,adopts the case study method,through the observation and the interview way,understands the development situation and the school-running effect of the group school,analyzes its reason in view of the question which appears in the development,and proposed the corresponding solution strategy,promotes this education group healthy development.First of all,using the method of literature research to search the related literature of the collectivized school running in the resources database of hownet and Wan fang,the author makes a detailed statement on the research origin,the research problem,the research goal and the significance,and defines the related concepts,sum up the domestic and foreign scholars for the collectivized school research results,understand the direction of collectivized school research,for the next study to accumulate theoretical basis.Then the case study method and interview method used in the study are described in detail,the selection of cases is analyzed,and the research ideas are designed.Secondly,taking the case of the collectivized school-running in the county as an example,an education group in s county was investigated and analyzed to investigate the development situation of each school district before and after the collectivized school-running,the paper also summarizes the effectiveness of the education group from six aspects: The distribution of students,the construction of group management,the sharing of high-quality resources,the quality of running schools,the construction of teachers and the construction of home schools.From the perspective of the balance of Education Quality,this paper discusses the idea of running a school as a group in a county from five aspects: Policy Promotion,education equity,school development,multiple demands and brand effect.Although some achievements have been made in the collectivized running of schools in the county level,there are still some problems in the running of schools,which are manifested in the following aspects: the lack of a scientific evaluation mechanism at the level of the government;and the existence of a “Collection”rather than a “League”in terms of common goals,lack of cohesion;at the level of students,too much pursuit of the promotion rate,is not conducive to the overall development of students.At the end of this study,the author puts forward some strategies to improve the collectivized school-running,and tries to find out the practical path of the collectivized school-running in the county basic education,for the schools within the group,it is necessary for them to co-exist for mutual benefit and build a school district with distinctive features;at the level of teachers,it is necessary to optimize the allocation of teachers and train outstanding teachers;at the level of students,it is necessary to lighten the burden of students and carry out inter-school activities to promote the all-round development of students,strengthening group cohesion.
