The research analyses the teachers' career choice intention and its influencing factors of non-normal physical education students through documentary analysis method,questionnaires method and mathematical statistics method.The research tool is the questionnaire named<teachers' career choice intention of non-normal physical education students>,compiled by the researcher.The questionnaire mainly includes four parts:the basic information of non-normal physical education students,the teachers' career choice intention of non-normal physical education students,the influencing factors of teachers' career choice intention,and the expectations of non-normal physical education students for teachers' career.The purpose of this research is to understand the present situation of teachers' career choice intention of non-normal physical education students and its influencing factors,and the current situation of students' expectations for the profession of physical education teachers.Since the only way for non-normal physical education students to enter the teachers'posts is to obtain teachers' qualification certificates and pass the recruitment examinations of target teaching areas,and according to the research conclusions,the teachers' qualification examination and the policy of recruitment examinations,the researcher has put forward relevant suggestions for non-normal physical education students who have the intention to teach.The conclusions and suggestions are as follows:Conclusions:(1)86.6%of non-normal physical education students have the intention to engage in the profession of physical education teachers;Among the non-pe teachers and students who are willing to engage in PE teacher career,86.29%are willing to take PE teacher career as the first career choice,and 76.0%are willing to take PE teacher career as the only career choice.(2)there are differences in the following three aspects:the education level of their father,the education level of their mother and the annual income of their family.(3)There is a phenomenon that the expectations of non-normal physical education students for the profession are inconsistent with the reality,mainly reflected in the following aspects:there is a gap between the level of non-normal physical education students' target school and that level of the school they work in;there is a difference between the nature of non-normal physical education students' target school and that nature of the school they work in;there are a small number of non-normal physical education students expect too much from the salary of teachers' profession.(4)The influencing factors of teachers' career choice intention are divided into four categories.The influencing extent of each influencing factors on teachers' career choice intention of non-normal physical education students is in the descending order of "others factor","individual subjective factor","physical education teachers' career factor" and "social sports career factor".Non-spontaneous intrinsic factors have the most important influence on the professional choice intention of physical education teachers of non-normal physical education students.(5)there was a positive correlation between the sub-factors of each dimension and the career choice intention of PE teachers of non-pe students.Suggestions:(1)Non-normal physical education students who have the will to teach should raise their awareness of the profession of physical education teachers and improve the rationality of their professional expectations;(2)The students should use various channels to collect information on teachers' qualification examination and the physical education teachers' recruitment of their target areas;(3)The students should fully understand the situation of written examinations of teachers' recruitment,select appropriate textbooks,and reviews properly;(4)The students should continuously improve their ability to pass the teachers' qualification examination and the interview of teachers' recruitment examination;(5)The students should improve their teaching ability through various ways.
