Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Professional Career Education Ability Of Physical Education Teachers In Normal Universities

In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the implementation measures for the certification of normal majors in Colleges and universities（Interim）,which pointed out that it is necessary to implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress,cultivate high-quality teachers,promote the construction of teacher education quality assurance system,and improve the training quality of normal professionals.This standard clearly puts forward that the quality and ability of college teachers should"have the ability of integrated guidance of pre service cultivation and post service development,and be able to effectively guide the development and career planning of normal students^[1].In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the action plan for the revitalization of Teacher Education（2018-2022）,which pointed out the need to improve teachers’comprehensive quality,professional level and innovation ability,so as to provide strong teacher guarantee and talent support for the development of higher quality and fairer education.To comprehensively improve the educational quality of colleges and universities,strengthen the cultivation of talents,improve the scientific research level of students and teachers and test the educational quality after the reform,we need to use a scientific and reasonable evaluation system.Career education is related to the future of every student.Therefore,students majoring in physical education must master the ability of career planning.Based on this,the professional career education ability of physical education teachers plays a direct role in the mastery of students’career planning ability.The professional career education ability of physical education teachers directly affects the effect of students’career planning.Therefore,the establishment of the evaluation index system of professional career education ability of physical education teachers in normal universities can make teachers clearly understand their level and scientifically evaluate their ability,so as to strengthen their professional career education ability.Taking the evaluation index of professional career education ability of physical education teachers in normal universities as the research object,this study makes an in-depth investigation and Research on the evaluation method of professional career education ability of physical education teachers in normal universities by using the research methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,combined with the opinions of experts,This paper constructs a set of evaluation index system suitable for the professional career education ability of physical education teachers in normal universities,so as to provide reference for the evaluation of professional career education ability of physical education teachers.The research conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the evaluation index system of professional career education ability of physical education teachers in normal universities is established,including four first-class indexes:basic ability,interactive ability,supportive ability and professionalism.They master the relevant theories of physical education career planning,the ability to apply physical education professional knowledge,the ability to scientific research of physical education discipline,the ability to master interactive skills,the way of interaction,the ability to plan their careers,the ability to evaluate their careers It provides 11 secondary indicators of sports professional employment information,sports professional identity,PE Teachers’ethics and PE Teachers’mission,44 tertiary indicators such as mastering personality theory,and the weight coefficient of each evaluation index.Secondly,according to the weight of the evaluation index system of professional career education ability of physical education teachers in normal universities,this paper makes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the professional career education ability of physical education teachers in normal universities,and the final score is 81.43,which further proves that the evaluation index system of professional career education ability of physical education teachers in normal universities designed in this paper is reasonable and practical.Finally,from the process of literature collation,it is found that the relevant research based on the professional career education ability of physical education teachers is weak,and there is a high room for improvement.From the process of expert interview and the implementation of Delphi method,it can be seen that the experts have high recognition of the primary and secondary indicators of the preliminary screening evaluation,and the different opinions are mainly concentrated on the tertiary indicators.From the process of determining the index weight based on analytic hierarchy process,it is found that the weight value of basic ability in the first level evaluation index is the highest,followed by interactive ability and supporting ability,and finally professionalism.
