| Objective:To observe the changes of body composition indexes and self-concept of female practitioners before and after the intervention of dynamic cycling through the development of exercise prescription and the monitoring of indexes for 2025-40-year-old female practitioners in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province, for a period of 16 weeks. This paper probes into the changes of the influence of the exercise mode on the body composition and self-concept of female practitioners in this age group,so as to provide theoretical guidance for enriching the public’s exercise form and carrying out scientific fitness for female practitioners in that age group. Methods:From the female volunteers recruited in the primaries,20 female qualified women were randomly selected after health screening as the subjects of this study, and the exercise intensity was controlled according to the heart rate tester for 16 weeks of dynamic cycling intervention. To observe the effect of exercise intervention on the indexes of body composition and self-concept of 25-40-year-old female practitioners.Choose weight, skeletal muscle, body fat, physique percentage, body mass index,waist-to-hip ratio as an indicator of body composition, body attraction strength table, body value scale, body self-esteem scale, overall self-esteem scale as a self-concept evaluation index, the indicators before and after the exercise intervention comparison control. Results:Pairing sample T test results show:In the body composition of the indicators, compared with before the experiment, weight, skeletal muscle, body fat,PBF,BMI,WHR Index After the experiment has changed(P<0.01),in which body fat,PBF index changes the most;in the dimensions of self-concept,compared with before the experiment,The scores of body attraction, body value, body self-esteem and overall self-esteem were improved after 4 dimensions,(P<0.01),in which the body self-esteem dimension was the most varied before and after the experiment, and repeated measurements showed that the body composition Index and self-concept dimension changed with time(P<0.05),and most of the changes in body composition and self-concept change the most in the 12th week.(2)Compared with different age subjects, there was no difference in the indexes between the index groups of body components except WHR index(P>0.05),and there were differences before and after the experimental intervention of the subjects in the group(P<0.01).There was no change in the comparison of overall self-esteem dimensions(P>0.05)in the group before and after the dimension experiment of self-concept,and there were changes in other dimensions(p<0.01).There was a difference in body self-esteem between the 31-35-year-old group and the 25-30-year-old group(P<0.01),and the 36-40-year-old group was different from the 25-30-year-old group than the physical attraction, body value, body self-esteem dimension(P<0.01).Repeated measurements showed that there was a time-main effect on both body composition and self-concept,in which the indexes of the 25-30-year-old group changed the most in the 8th week, the 31-35 age group changed most obviously in the 12th week of the experiment, and the 36-40-year-old group changed the most in the 16th week.Self-concept 3 groups all changed most obviously in the 12th week.(3)Compared with different BMI subjects,it was found that there was a difference between the obesity group and the normal group in body fat,BMI and WHR Index(P<0.05),the index of super-recombinant WHR was different from that of the normal group WHR(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the remaining index groups(P>0.05)。There were changes in the comparison of indexes before and after the comparison experiment in the group(P<0.01).In the dimension of self-concept,there was a difference in body value, body self-esteem and overall self-esteem dimension between the obesity group and the normal group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the change value between overweight groups compared with the normal group(P>0.05).Before and after 3 groups of experiments in the group,in addition to the normal group of body value, the overall self-esteem dimension, the Super Recombinant body attraction dimension outside the rest of the difference(P<0.05).Repeated measurements showed that there was also a time-main effect on body composition and self-concept,in which the normal group changed the most in the 8th week, the maximum change was greatest in the 8th week of Super recombinant WHR and BMI index, and the change value of the remaining indexes varied most in the 12th week. The change value of obesity group changed the most in week 16th.The change of self-concept value of 3 groups changed greatly in the 12th week.(4)Correlation analysis results show that there is a correlation between the indicators of body composition(P<0.01),and the body composition index of weight, skeletal muscle, body fat,BMI,WHR Index and self-concept dimension in the body attraction, body value, body self-esteem dimension has a correlation(P<0.05).The initial value of body component Weight Index and WHR change value,WHR index initial value and body weight, body fat,BMI index change value have correlation(P<0.05);self-concept body attraction initial value and attraction change value, overall self-esteem change value, body value initial value and body value change value,There is a correlation between the initial value of overall self-esteem and the change of overall self-esteem(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Motor cycling can improve the body composition of female practitioners, which has the best effect on the reduction of body fat and body fat percentage in body composition, and is conducive to scientific weight reduction.(2)Motor cycling can also change the self-concept of female practitioners,in which the body self-esteem dimension related to self-concept has the most significant effect.(3)The influence of motor cycling on the body composition and self-concept of female practitioners takes time to cooperate, and more than 12 weeks the effect is more obvious.(4)Comparing the subjects of different ages,it was found that the effect of dynamic cycling on the change of self-concept of the 31-35-year-old subjects was the most obvious.(5)Compared with different BMI subjects,it was found that the effect of motor cycling on the change of self-concept of physical obesity was more obvious.(6)The change of body weight index by motor cycling will affect the change of other indexes, and the subjects with different initial values of physical components will cause different motor effects. |
