Body composition in various proportions of balanced development is the basic condition of maintaining a healthy state of analysis and evaluation of nutrition and health status of organism has very important significance.Through 16 weeks aerobic exercise intervention,this study based on body composition evaluation related to human health of body mass index,aerobic exercise intervention effect on female college students body composition,for college students exercise to provide a good solution.Select 50 shanxi normal university college of liberal arts college female students as the research object.The subjects were divided into two groups,experimental group and the control group,respectively,in each group of 25 people.Experimental group for 16 weeks aerobic class,three times a week,90 min at a time,strength to moderate(60% to 70% of maximum heart rate).The control group in addition to school once a week for the physical education curriculum,there is no other sports activities.During the aerobic class,the experimental group a total of three body composition tests,intervention respectively 0,8 weeks intervention,intervention 16 weeks;Control group for the first of two body composition test,respectively 0 intervention and intervention for 16 weeks.This research use experimental apparatus: domestic "civilian" brand height measure,the bioelectric impedance of south Korean Body composition tests(Body-pass).Results:1,through 16 weeks after aerobic exercise intervention,found that the experimental group of WHR and BMI significantly lower than 0 weeks intervention,show significant difference(p < 0.05).2,through 16 weeks after aerobic exercise intervention,found that the experimental group of body fat and body fat percentage than intervention 0 weeks decreased significantly,there were very significant differences(p < 0.01).3,through 16 weeks after aerobic exercise intervention,found that the experimental group of soft body parts to fat weight than intervention 0 weeks rose,but left upper limb to soft body weight,fat right upper limb go fat soft body weight and body fat soft body weight increase is not particularly evident,there was no significant difference(p > 0.05),the left leg to fat soft weight and right lower extremity to fat soft weight increased significantly,a significant difference(p < 0.05).4,through 16 weeks after aerobic exercise intervention,found that the experimental group's total body water than intervention 0 weeks fell slightly,but there was no significant difference(p > 0.05).5,through 16 weeks aerobic exercise intervention,metabolic rate and total energy consumption is the basis of the experimental group have rise slightly,but there was no significant difference(p > 0.05).Research conclusion:1,after 16 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention,the experimental group's WHR and BMI were significantly lower than before intervention,to reduce fat content of female college students' core parts,reduce the degree of obesity,improve body shape has obvious effect,to shape the female college students is more streamlined body line.2,after 16 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention,the experimental group of body fat and body fat percentage significantly lower than before intervention,can effectively reduce body fat,achieve the goal of weight loss.3,after 16 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention,the experimental group of soft body parts to fat weight was increased,especially for lower limb to fat soft weight gain have obvious effect.
