With the advance of industrialization, social mobility have become increasingly frequent and accelerate the flow of children into an increasingly large social groups.As migrant children just entering the city, is in the body, values, self-awareness, role in the formation and development of an important period, the family and society as a whole needs attention and concern.However, migrant children arrived in the city will be faced with the impact of the physical environment, values and some other column. Therefore, in the process of growing migrant children through what better way to let faster adapt to urban life, how comprehensive physical and mental development, as we have a serious problem.We must understand that the situation of migrant children in the urban environment in which, and the process of interaction with peers child factors, and take appropriate and timely interventions to exclude unfavorable factors for migrant children to create a harmonious development of the city in the external environment.Social support from the peer support groups as a starting point, the summary results of the previous study to E community social work programs, for example, combined with professional skills and interventional social workers, decided to use group work methods. By planning a series of activities, the organization remaining in rural areas and urban children to interact, using observation and interviews of migrant children to explore factors affecting peer group interaction, through the interaction between members of the group activities, so that left-behind children and submit their peers communication between groups to improve their environmental adaptability.In the specific group work process, the advantages of perspective theory, social systems theory, theory of social learning theory and interactive services included in the process, observe the flow of refining the best model can enhance children’s resilience. Whole group activities, social workers will be recorded for each active session interactive children left behind in the performance and effectiveness of each stage of the activity will be assessed to help migrant children in group activities to enhance learning and how to communicate with others. E communities through social work teams to carry out project work demonstrates the feasibility and applicability of mobile groups of children.
