The basic education has always been the focus of social attention.The primary school stage is the most basic stage for a child's growth,and thus has received more attention.Therefore,society,schools and families all require the professional growth of primary school teachers.The process of growing from a novice to an experienced teacher is long and complex,and it is also very meaningful.Therefore,research on the professional growth of primary school teachers is necessary and important.This research adopts the narrative research method,selects the H experimental primary school X teacher as the research object.First,through reading Ms.X's books and blog articles,collecting a lot of raw materials,and then conducting further interviews to explore the professional development of primary school teachers through the description and reorganization of their teaching practices and experiences.This study reveals the stages of teacher professional growth from four stages: apprenticeship,novice,proficiency and super teacher.From the perspectives of "teacher" and "teacher as a person",the motivation of teacher's professional growth is analyzed and the inspiration of teacher's professional growth is obtained from three levels: horizontal learning,work and life.Through this research,the author realizes that the novice grows up to be a “super teacher”.The teacher himself needs active learning,constant self-reflection,and often humble and be an “apprentice”.This study shows that teachers are also human beings.The growth of teachers in the profession is actually the growth of the subject as a human being,thus promoting the professional growth of teachers and the realization of the personal value of teachers.
