Famous Chinese teachers lead the teaching frontier of Chinese subject.By studying the growth cases of famous Chinese teachers,we can have a deep understanding of their advanced educational thoughts and teaching concepts,and give full play to the leading role of famous teachers,which not only can promote the professional development of ordinary teachers,but also can bring some flour to improve the overall professional level of Chinese teachers.This paper selects three famous Chinese teachers,Wei Shusheng,Dou Guimei and Xiao Peidong,who have been active in the 1980 s,1990s and the beginning of the new century respectively since the reform and opening-up 40 years ago,as the research objects.Even though their growth period,region,gender and teaching period are different,through in-depth analysis of their growth process,analysis of the factors affecting their professional growth,exploration of their commonness across time and space can provide reference and reference for the growth of ordinary teachers.The main content of this article is divided into three parts:The first part: case study.This paper mainly analyzes the reasons for the success of three famous Chinese teachers who grew up in different periods,namely,Wei Shusheng,Dou Guimei and Xiao Peidong,from the key events in the three stages of accumulation and promotion,maturity and consolidation,and creation and excellence.The second part: attribution analysis.From two aspects of internal factors and environmental factors,this paper summarizes the reasons that affect the professional development of famous Chinese teachers.Educational feelings,personality characteristics and professional accomplishment are the internal factors that affect teachers' growth,while educational reform and school environment are the external factors that affect teachers' professional development.The third part: enlightenment research.Based on the case study of famous Chinese teachers,this paper summarizes their enlightenment to the professional development ofordinary teachers.Teachers should read widely and acquire subjective knowledge,conditional knowledge and supplementary knowledge in reading so as to lay a solid foundation for professional growth.Teachers should learn to be good at things and use famous teachers and modern educational technology to help their professional growth.Teachers should establish a people-oriented teaching concept and take the promotion of human development as the foothold for professional growth,in Chinese teaching is mainly reflected that teachers should attach importance to students' speech construction activities,develop cooperative inquiry learning methods and establish a dialogue-based teacher-student relationship.Teachers should take the classroom as the main position for professional growth and stick to the front-line classroom,while sticking to the classroom is mainly reflected in three aspects: being good at preparing lessons,taking public classes bravely and reflecting on the logistics of classes.The above four enlightenments are intended to provide universal reference for the majority of frontline Chinese teachers.
