More and more importance is attached to the subject of IT because of development of informationalized education.In particular,with the promotion of STEAM education and maker education,the teaching contents of information technology courses are more flexible,and the requirements for students'technical mastery are reduced,with more emphasis on the cultivation of students'information literacy and technical literacy.However,the learning content of information technology courses is abstract and boring.For example,"Excel data processing" and "algorithm and process" are all that students are less exposed to in life and study,so it is very difficult for them to learn.At this point,the key is teacher how to teach knowledge interestingly to stimulate students' interest in learning,so a lot of information technology teacher gives rise to differences in the classroom,in the face of the same knowledge,such as a same lesson plan,a teacher can speak vividly arousing student's study interest,well a teacher can be dull,so what the two teachers different from?Based on such truth,the research questions are raised:(1)what are the classroom teaching behaviors of information technology teachers?(2)What are the characteristics of excellent information technology teachers'classroom teaching behaviors?(3)What are the characteristics of the classroom teaching behaviors of information technology teachers?(4)What are the shortcomings of information technology teachers'classroom teaching behaviors?According to the research questions,this research adopts the literature research method to sort out the status quo of the research on teachers' classroom teaching behavior,and finds out the current research perspective of classroom teaching behavior in various subjects of basic education,analyzing the status quo of the research on teachers'classroom teaching behavior of information technology subject,and finds the research vacancy.By looking after a large number of information technology teaching video in combination with the characteristics of information technology disciplines,the author adapted to original teacher behavior coding system,which is suitable for teacher in information technology classroom.Using the coding system to code excellent information technology teachers and student teachers' teaching video.Next,the paper analyzes the speech act,silence act and technology application act of excellent/intern teachers of information technology in class as a whole and each teaching part with the method ofobservation.At the same time the meaning of some behaviors of the two types of teachers according to the classroom situation are analyzed and explained.In addition,aiming to discover problems in the classroom teaching behavior of information technology teachers,students' views on teachers' classroom teaching behavior are understood through the interview method.At last,this paper summarizes the analysis results and forms the classroom behavior pattern of excellent teachers and practice teachers.According to this pattern,some suggestions to improve the classroom teaching behavior of practice teachers are put forward.Through the research,it is found that the two types of teachers have the following common points in classroom teaching behaviors:(1)speech behaviors and silent behaviors waiting for students to practice/explore are the main classroom teaching behaviors in information technology classroom.And the number of technical behaviors in the whole class is less than other teaching behaviors,which are not the main teaching behaviors.(2)"Questioning" speech ACTS are the common problems of information technology teachers in classroom teaching speech ACTS,and the questioning methods in class are mainly closed questions.(3)It is easy to ignore the classroom summary.(4)In the information technology class,the number of teachers writing on the blackboard is less,and the intern teachers hardly write on the blackboard.The differences between the two types of teachers' classroom teaching behavior are as follows:speech ACTS:in the whole class,excellent teachers' classroom teaching languages are flexible and diverse,and the teaching languages are evenly distributed in time;the teaching languages of trainee teachers or novice teachers are relatively single and concentrated in time.In each teaching part,outstanding teachers are good at asking questions and interacting with students in the process of teaching new knowledge.In the process of students'independent inquiry,excellent teachers will completely "indulge" students,while internship teachers have more suggestive language.In the stage of presentation and evaluation,excellent teachers will give feedback and encouragement to students'ideas and works,while practice teachers seldom use critical and encouraging language.Non-verbal behavior:excellent teachers' behavior of "teachers displaying students'works"is obviously more than that of intern teachers.And excellent teachers have stronger awareness of letting students' display works and share ideas actively than that of intern teachers.
