With the progress of society, the rapid development of information technology, the use of information technology has been widely entered into the field of education, philosophy of education, methods, models had a huge impact, information technology to education has injected new vigor and vitality. In education, the key individual teaching in implementation of information technology teaching is teaching behavior of teachers, while teachers teaching behavior is also an important component of classroom instruction, to a certain extent on the teachers’ behavior reflects their teaching methods, thus affecting students to learn.Based on this, the study of literature in the Information learning environment classroom teaching behavior to sort out, to the novice teacher’s classroom instruction as case studies from classroom teaching behavior perspective information teaching environment and traditional teaching environment. This study used the case study method, under two different environments to explore similarities and differences between the cases the novice teacher classroom behavior, analysis of classroom teaching behavior of teachers changes, summed up the novice teacher in the classroom teaching behavior information Teaching Environment advantages and disadvantages, provide a reference for the novice teacher effective teaching.Conclusions of this study are the following aspects:First Classroom Teaching Behavior in the Information Environment novice teachers teaching mainly in:Teacher-led behavior is a question of organization; teachers use multimedia operations instead of presenting narrative language teaching content; the students’learning behavior and positive initiative.Secondly, the advantages of the novice teacher Classroom Teaching Behavior information environment:teachers to guide behavior based; students tend to conduct active learning and cooperative learning; classroom teaching behavior diversified manner. Again, insufficient information under environmental novice teacher teaching classroom teaching behavior:There is abuse of multimedia; information technology easy to cover teaching content.Finally, improvements in the Information Environment novice teacher teaching classroom teaching behavior:First, at the level of teachers, novice teachers should focus on supporting multimedia, teaching should focus on student-centered, teacher-student interaction to strengthen the focus on information technology skills training; secondly, at the level of instructional design, novice teachers should set the correct teaching objectives, reasonable development of teaching strategies, choose effective teaching methods.
