At present,China's secondary vocational students are generally between the 15-18 years old,according to Erickson's personality development Stage theory,this period is the individual consciousness stereotypes,from immature to mature transformation of the key period,but also a active thinking,the behavior of the special period.If this stage of the development of students can not be timely and reasonable guidance,it is easy to appear a variety of psychological problems or deviant behavior.With the popularization of the network,especially the rapid development of smartphones,the more convenient the way teenagers come into contact with the network,the phenomenon of mobile phone dependence is becoming more and more common.Through the analysis of the existing data,we find that there is a widespread problem of overuse of mobile phones in secondary vocational students,which seriously interferes with their normal learning life,interpersonal communication and physical and mental health.Because the looser management mode of secondary vocational colleges makes the middle vocational students have more serious problems than the general teenagers in the habit of rational use of mobile phones,it is urgent to the social workers to study the relevant countermeasures to intervene.During internship at a vocational and technical school in S municipality,the author of this paper learned that they had some problems and troubles in the rational use of mobile phones during their contact with the 18 freshmen who had just enrolled in the university.Subsequently,the author contacted the class head teacher,other teachers and ministry leaders,explained to them my research outline,with the consent and support of the teachers,carried out this study.Through the collection of pre-data and literature review,the factors affecting the excessive dependence of secondary vocational students on mobile phones are compiled,and then the method of participatory action research is adopted,and the harm and solution of students' problem-based use of mobile phones are discussed by using the way of working Group work in social work,so as to help secondary vocational students get rid Develop good behavior habits and improve self-cognition,establish a harmonious network of interpersonal relationships in order to better enter society in the future.This paper consists of six parts,the first chapter mainly includes the background,purpose and significance of the research,research ideas and methods;The second chapter is a review of the literature,mainly divided into three parts:the definition of concept,the current research situation of mobile phone addiction at home and abroad,and the review of the research.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of mobile phone addiction of secondary vocational school students,including sorting out the interview data and questionnaire results to sort out the possible harm of mobile phone addiction as well as the causes of mobile phone addiction behavior;The fourth chapter is the feasibility analysis of the group work involved in the problem of mobile phone addiction of secondary vocational school students,through the guidance of professional values and theory,specific methods and skills as well as personnel.The fifth chapter is the practical process of group work involved in the problem of mobile phone addiction of secondary vocational school students,including the formulation of group objectives,activity design and six specific activities of the intervention plan and process;The sixth chapter is the evaluation and reflection of group service,mainly including the evaluation method and content,the overall goal effectiveness and summary and reflection.In summary,this study attempts to from the point of view of social work,under the guidance of professional values and concepts,using the group's working methods to deeply analyze the problem of mobile phone addiction in secondary vocational students,with the service object as the center,to explore an effective problem solving and worthy of promotion of service experience and intervention process,in order to help service objects to correct deviation Consciously get rid of mobile phone dependence,return to normal study and life.
