With the advent of the information age,mobile phones have become an indispensable communication tool in our work and learning.In addition to retaining the original communication attributes,the functions and contents of mobile phones are constantly upgraded,adding functions such as Internet access,games,reading and entertainment,which leads to the growth of mobile phone usage time and the dependence on mobile phones in behavior and psychology.Because parents work outside and need to communicate with the children who stay at home,this group of left-behind children contact mobile phones for a long time.Due to the lack of self-control of left-behind children and the lack of proper guidance and supervision of parents around them,the negative impact of the bad content of mobile phones is quite serious.The left-behind children rely more and more on mobile phones,and the dependence on mobile phones has been disturbed to a large extent.Their study and life also affect the socialization process of left-behind children in rural areas,and even change the future growth direction of left-behind children in rural areas.Taking S village of G Province as an example,this paper uses the method of field research and investigation to deeply understand the current situation of mobile phone dependence of left-behind children in this village,and finds that the left-behind children in this village spend a long time and use mobile phones uncontrollably.Therefore,this paper deeply analyses the causes and effects of mobile phone dependence of left-behind children in rural areas,and then screens the left-behind children in this village through the mobile phone dependence scale.Six left-behind children with high scores in the scale were selected to carry out group work through behavioral cognition,ecosystem and social support theory.The aim was to enhance self-awareness,strengthen self-management and promote interpersonal communication,and achieved good results.At the same time,on this basis,the dependence on mobile phones of left-behind children in rural areas was discussed in order to help them grow up healthily.
