| With the rapid development of scientific knowledge in modern society,all kinds of information are flooded with our life.It is difficult for students to obtain all valid information in the established limited time.In order to meet the need of the development of the Times,he teaching of "important concepts" ishighlighted in the curriculum standard of Compulsory Education Biology(2011 edition),so that students can grasp the basic principles and core elements of knowledge.Besides,It advocates to exercise students’ basic scientific inquiry abiliy through inquiry-based teaching form.Important concept teaching is of great significance to cultivate students’lifelong learning ability,but in practice of teaching,the effect of important concept teaching is still not ideal.Based on the educational idea of concept teaching and inquiry teaching in the curriculum standard of Compulsory Education Biology(2011 edition)and the characteristics of the inquiry style of 5E teaching mode,the paper combines 5E teaching mode with important concept teaching.On the one hand it provides some ideas for the effective development of important concept teaching through 5E teaching mode.On the other hand,through the 5E teaching mode,this kind of inquiry teaching form deepens the students’ understanding of the important concept and improves the students ’ ability of scientific inquiry.This study first carries on the related theory research to the important concept teaching and the 5E teaching mode,constructing strategy of 5E teaching mode in the Help students master the important concept teaching.Secondly,using the relevant interview information and questionnaire to interview and investigate the teachers and students of the Educational Practice School,to understand the development of the key concept teaching in the school and the Learning situation of biology curriculum.The results show that the important concept teaching is due to the problems of class arrangement,teaching resources and teachers’ strength,etc.It leads to the poor development of important concept teaching,and the subjective initiative of students’biological learning is not strong.At the same time,biology teachers generally believe that the combination of important concept teaching and 5E teaching model has practical feasibility.Finally,according to the survey results of practical schools,the selection of classes with no significant difference in academic achievement,learning interest and learning ability was chosen as the research object.The control class adopts the form of simple repetition and difficulty to carry on the routine teaching.The experiment Group adopts the important concept teaching under the 5E teaching mode.Through a semester of teaching practice research and reflection summary later,the paper draws the following research conclusions.First of all,5E teaching mode and important concept teaching have practical feasibility.Secondly,the important concept teaching under 5E teaching mode can deepen students’ understanding and application of knowledge,and at the same time improve students’learning ability.The last,5E teaching mode under the important concept teaching can arouse students’interest in learning and enhance students’subjective initiative in learning.Through combing and summarizing the present situation of the development of important concept teaching,this study sums up the predicament of the important concept teaching,deepens the teachers’ comprehensive understanding of the important concept teaching,and improves the theoretical level.At the same time,the 5E teaching mode is applied to the teaching of important concepts,and the idea of the combination between inquiry teaching and concept teaching is applied to practical teaching,which provides some strategies for the effective development of important concept teaching. |
