The The policy of standardization construction of compulsory education school is an important measure to promote the balanced development of compulsory education and improve the quality of education.But till now,the research on the evaluation of of this policy is still lacking.Especially,the research of education adequacy and education equity from the output end is almost blank.In view of this,this paper uses the standardized construction data of compulsory education schools in Jiangsu Province,the monitoring data on the academic quality of compulsory education students in Jiangsu Province and the educational statistics data of Jiangsu Province to evaluate this policy from the angle of education adequacy and education equity.First of all,concerning the education adequacy evaluation,this paper regards the inter-school student achievement as the proxy index and takes it as the dependent variable.The correlation and causality were analyzed by least square estimation and Regression Discontinuity Design.Secondly,as far as the educational equity is concerned,this paper analyzes whether there are differences between the school students' scores in the school that achieve the standardization construction goal or not by using the Theil index,and takes the coefficient of variation in Students'Achievements as the dependent variable.RDD is also used to explore whether standardization is the influence factor of the uneven achievement of students in school.The results show that,from the perspective of education adequacy,there is no significant positive correlation between the achievement of inter-school students and the standardization construction of schools.And the standardization construction is not the reason of the difference about students' achievement.From the perspective of educational equity,the inter-school student performance of schools with different standardization construction degree in different regions,urban and rural areas in jiangsu province is different,and the difference between regions,urban and rural areas is greater than their internal differences.Further analysis shows that the degree of school standardization construction is not the reason for the difference in students' grades.To explore the reasons for this result.In this paper,we further use ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient to analyze the 62 indicator at the inter-school level to explore whether there are significant difference in the coefficient of variation and average score of students' achievement in different schools,and through Pearson's correlation coefficient to see their relations.Finally,according to the results,we put forward the relevant policy recommendations:Firstly,the principle of school standardization construction needs to be gradually transformed from equal investment to sufficient results.Secondly,a scientific and reasonable index system of school standardization construction should be established.Thirdly,while gradually improving the standards of school construction,we should focus on narrowing the educational gap.
