The services provided by big data are becoming more and more personalized, and the database technology behind the personalized services plays an important supporting role.Access software belongs to a relational database management system.Access is a typical operation skill course in the compulsory module of high school.Students often encounter problems when learning Access content. In the face of this situation, the teacher usually tells the students directly how to solve the problem to help students get out of trouble in time. That is to say, teachers generally pay attention to students' success in performance, but neglect the failure. The general reflection of front-line teachers is that the effect of Access teaching is not good. The productive failure teaching theory put forward by Kapur shifts the focus to"failure".Productive failure refers to:when solving complex problem situations, students experience difficulties and failures.Although they have not been solved and have achieved success in performance, they have deepened their understanding of related concepts.Problems often arise in Access teaching. This provides a possibility for the productive failure theory to be applied to Access teaching. In the teaching theory of productive failure,it is emphasized that the setting of"problem" should not only let the students experience failure, but also not make the students feel deeply frustrated, which is related to the degree of failure. The degree of failure caused by the well-structured problem and the ill-structured problem is not the same,so which kind of problem-nature teaching effect is better in the productive failure teaching?Taking "problem nature" as the starting point and Access unit as the research content, two parallel classes are selected to teach the productive failure of well-structured and ill-structured problems respectively.Firstly, according to the difficulties and error-prone points in Access teaching, the problem points of each subject are determined. On this basis, the "condition/data" dimension of the control problem is used to design the problems of good structure and bad structure of each topic.Secondly, design the productive failure teaching design scheme of each topic, select two classes to carry on the contrast teaching."productive failure" mainly affects the retention and migration of knowledge, and retention can be evaluated by delayed testing, migration can by switching the problem situation to evaluate,so,after all the Access content is finished, the students will be comprehensively tested;"productive failure" also affects students' creativity,as reflected in the RSM diversity(problem-solving diversity)evaluation methodology proposed by Kapur,so that students' class assignments on each topic are collected in the teaching process.Analyze completion and solution diversity.By analyzing students' classroom assignments from the two dimensions of completion degree and solution diversity,it is found that there is no significant difference in completion degree between well-structured and ill-structured problem groups. In terms of solution diversity, students in the poorly structured group produce more solutions than those in the well-structured group.Through the analysis of the final test,it was found that the score of the ill-structured group was higher than that of the well-structured group. The comprehensive analysis shows that the teaching effect of poor structure is better than that of good structure in teaching concerned with productive failure. On the basis of this, some teaching suggestions are given in order to provide reference for the setting of "problems" which are concerned about productive failure.
