Human beings are nature social animals,and no one can exist alone without society.Good companion intercourse ability is the essential quality in the child socialization process.Fairy tale is the world in children's eyes,it is a dream in children's heart.Therefore,children's favorite fairy tale as the carrier,derived from a series of fairy tale activities,will be effective in developing children's peer communication ability.However,there are many problems in the real implementation of fairy tale activities.Using the paradigm of action research,this study selected 36 children from class 7,grade 7,S kindergarten in yixing city,cooperated with the teachers of the class,and summarized the development of children's peer communication ability in this action study by carrying out three fairy tales,the three little pigs,the ugly duckling and charlotte's web.Through constant reflection,adjustment and deepening,this paper summarizes teachers' supportive strategies from three aspects:activity design,guidance and evaluation,and fairy tale area,including updating teachers' activity ideas and designing activity goals scientifically.Design activity content reasonably based on children's experience needs;Observe children's behavior and design activity forms flexibly;Creating rich communication opportunities and exploring potential communication value;Pay attention to the communication process of children and make full use of the role model;Respect children's development differences and provide personalized support strategies;Select suitable game content to stimulate children's interest in activities;Grasp the value of game education,improve children's communication level.
