Folk fairy tale is an important style of children's literature, and it deeply attracted children by its unique narrative form. Folk fairy tale can convey the confidence that children can feel safe in a world full of reason, and that they can adapt to the world, to work and live in a rational way. Furthermore, folk fairy tale can make them believe that nothing is impossible. Although the hero will encounter constant dangers, but the miracle would appear at the right time. It can make the most humble become noble, the weak will eventually overcome all kinds of difficulties, from now on own happy ending. It can make the listener full of fantasy and hope, feel the warmth and yearn for a better life. However, in recent years, the use of folk fairy tales in the kindergartens is not optimistic. This study put forward suggestions through the understanding of the status of kindergarten folk fairy tale teaching and analysis of the existing problems. The aim is to improve the teaching quality of folk fairy tale in the kindergartens. The research contents are as follows:The introduction part, including the problem, the relevant literature review, research plan in the three part, the research plan includes research purpose and significance, innovation, research methods.The body part includes:Chapter one is an overview, including the definition of related concepts, what is the fairy tale, folk fairy tales, folk fairy tales, the distinction of fairy tales and legends and the fable, the necessity and possibility of children reading folk fairy tales,the significance of folk fairy tales teaching. According to the relevant theoretical research, from the unique charm of folk fairy tales, explore the value to the development of children.Chapter two is Mainly through observation, interviews and other methods to explore teachers' understanding of folk tales and the choosing of folk tales, folk tales teaching target, teaching methods and so on. The article also analysis the problems and reasons of teaching resources and other aspects.Chapter three is the kindergarten folk fairy tale teaching guiding strategy. Through the analysis of the status found the existing problems and put forward the countermeasures to the questions.
