Informal Learning Behavior(ILB)is a non-course activity that seeks to acquire knowledge and skills that occurs outside of a formally designated learning environment.Studies have shown that about 80%of workplace learning is conducted informally,and informal learning has become an important means for most employees to enrich their professional skills,especially for knowledge workers like teachers,but Organizational managers pay little attention to how to promote teachers' development of informal learning.In the past,research on informal learning mostly discussed related variables that may exist,and less considered the influence of interaction between variables on employee informal learning.In this context,this study explores how to promote informal learning of teachers from the perspective of the interaction between environmental factors and personal factors,and assumes that the interaction between work control and intrinsic motivation will be informal to teachers through the intermediary variable of burnout.The impact of learning.In this paper,331 questionnaires were obtained by questionnaire survey,and 306 valid questionnaires were recycled.The effective rate was 92.45%.The data samples were analyzed by SPSS24.0 and MPLUS7.0.The results showed that:(1)Female teachers are exposed to higher levels of burnout in the workplace than men;(2)the bachelor's degree and master's degree teachers have lower level of job control than doctorate's degree and college's degree teachers;(3)The level of informal learning in the teacher's workplace at the age of 18 to 30 is higher than that of teachers after the age of 31;(4)Correlation analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between work control,intrinsic motivation and informal learning,and there is a significant negative correlation between the first three and burnout;(5)The structural equations show that work control has a significant positive predictive effect on informal learning.The regulatory effect of intrinsic motivation between them through the moderator of job burnout,the mediating effect rate is 14.94%.The mediated moderator model of job control for informal learning shows that intrinsic motivation has a predictive effect on the relationship between work control and informal learning;burnout is the mediator of the relationship between intrinsic motivation and informal learning moderated by intrinsic motivation.
